The Doctor's Office

I'm pulling for Mario to win.

However, for next year's tourney, I feel that a bio on each character should be given. That way it turns into less of a popularity contest.

But I'm having fun with it nonetheless.

I think next year when you announce who's in the tourney you should designate what powers, forms, weapons and abilities each character will have at their disposal during each fight. I've noticed a lot of the posts are arguing or trying to figure out whether a certain character can use this weapon or use this form. Just a suggestion.

I wish I could have participated more though, I'll post more in the last few rounds.

EDIT: Remix beat me to it lol

Yeah, good ideas guys. Since next year we'll probably have more time to plan, the biographies/power lists would be great ideas. Maybe say their names, what comic/game/movie/tv show they're from, what their primary powers are, etc. some fictional history.

I didn't, but my friend texted me all the results. Good show?
I enjoyed it. So that probably means that the WZLD hated it.

Punk used he and HHHs full real names, HHH told him he just started getting over with the crowd now.

They did a rematch of the Rhodes/Orton match. Didn't really like that, but the result was good (Rhodes winning).

My biggest problem was Sheamus teaming with King to face Otungacutty. Felt a little random. He's not a real big personality guy, which is the reason for the feud.

Oh, and Ziggler in a 4-way at the PPV is a nice touch, although the Ziggles/Thswagger feudis counterproductive to Vickie Guerrero.

And Bret Hart appearing was nice.

I didn't think the promo was as bad as the old timers make it sound like, though I must admit that they've made the waters of Punk/Nash/Ace/HHH as muddy as possible going into NoC. It's pretty clear that they are trying to keep Punk on a fence until the ball drops with the next big turn, but surely they realize that they are risking losing all the momentum Punk had coming out of his Cena feud.

I live about 1.5 hours way from Ottawa, where Raw was last night, but ultimately decided not to attend.

Yesterday evening, I had an opportunity to not only go to Raw last night but be backstage as a paramedic (a real one, not someone acting to be one on TV) but I got the call too late and couldn't find anyone to cover my shift at work.

My heart was broken.

Awwwwwwwww :(

Well, cheer up, Merk, the semifinals are upon us and you're here to experience their glory. That's...totally a good trade...

Do WWE use fake paramedics on TV? I assumed they just asked the ones they have backstage for Health and Safety reasons if they'd mind taking part in some pretaped segments if they needed to have someone carted off to hospital for a beatdown by some nasty heel.

I was referring to the horrible ones who come out to the ring for scripted injuries. (At least, they used to be plants, I'm not too sure how they roll now.)

It makes sense to have real paramedics be involved for any injury angles, and it would look more realistic.

Fair enough. I think the ones for T-Lo's injury were legit. They put the stretcher into an ambulance and everything. No way a bunch of amateurs could figure that out.

I was going to watch RAW, but my new Star Wars Blu Ray's call was too strong...plus I was tired.

You know you're part of the problem right?

I'm not really upset, but it would've been a solid experience.

And I probably would have had sex with the Bella twins.

Sounds to me like the better choice was not going then seeing as how your dick probably woulda turned black and fallen of following sex with the STD Queens.

Speaking of sex, a random girl just unlocked my door, banged into my computer chair, and is now under the covers with my roommate. I think they're just lying together but still...

I mean, the roommate could have asked for some privacy and I'd give it to him...
