The Doctor's Office

Anywhere between 18 months and 3 years and they'll either be canned or back to the original numbering. Gimmicks like this never, ever last.

I. Don't. Give. A. Shit.

they're writing good stories, & getting fans (at at least me) interested in DC characters again, which is something that they haven't really been able to do for 17 yrs. As I've said before who gives a fuck what number is on the cover of the book? people are taking far too much stock in a silly number on a cover, you should read comics for the great stories, and incredible art, which is exactly what DC is delivering right now with the new 52.

Gonna go all ST on you right now.

1: Calm the fuck down.
2: It was an observation, NOT a complaint.
3: I haven't read ANY of these stories, however, I hear that what's happened to Superman is eerily similar to Spider-Man: One More Day, which was a steaming pile of human excrement in it's own right, so I would assume the copied version is just as bad, though I haven't read it and thus can't really comment.

In what way? because so far I'm not seeing an "eerie" similarities, also the only Superman book to come out so far is Action Comics #1, which is basically before Clark gets his suit, meets Lois, or starts working at the Planet, & so far it's both entertaining & interesting. I can tell you one thing, I am far and away more interested in Superman right now, than I am Spider-man.

Again, no idea if true, but I heard that they've dissolved the marriage in some twisted deal with a villain in order to preserve the cosmos or something along those lines.

Nope, IDK what they're planning for the other Superman comics but I have not seen anything that even suggests this as a possibility, in Action #1 (which I guess takes place several yrs. before the rest of the Sup-books), like I said Lois & Clark have not even met yet, so I don't know how anyone to come to such a ridiculous conclusion as they had their marriage dissolved to preserve the cosmos.

Yeah 52 is a complete nothing else has ever happened ever lets start again.

Sin City was awesome! Pacing was a little weird at times but the visuals were fantastic and I loved all three of the protagonists. Total badasses.

The eye candy was good too ;)

A few things:

1. Replaying Metroid and supporting Samus in the tourney has really made me realize just how much I love the series and character.

2. The original Deus Ex is amazing, and I'm not even done with the first mission yet. Well worth the ten dollars.

Some things make me hate the WZ community. Stupid voting is one of them. Ill informed opinions is another. The two are often related.

Yep. She's just...better.

Of course, we all know Batman's winning.

He's pretty evenly matched with Daredevil, so I might vote Daredevil over him, still not sure

Samus should most definitely go over Ironman, these dumb arguments that nothing can hurt Iron man, and Stark can basically build/store 5 million suits in his bones and shit are fucking ridiculous, though most of FF4L's arguments have been a bit ridiculous so far, I'm pretty sure he's just anti-nintendo

Yeah his Iron Man arguments in particular have been pants-on-head ******ed at points.

But really I'm just glad people are still participating, and hopefully the right people will win in the end. Just as long as there's lots of activity in the finals. JGlass and I are already talking about things we could do for next year's tourney, we're thinking of taking five supers and five humans for next year (including the winners) and replacing the rest with new guys.

But yeah if Samus is losing at the last day I'm making a "VOTE SAMUS" thread in the Bar Room. Controversy Creates Cash, etc. etc.

That was a rubbish book by the way.
