I was just asking so I could spark some more discussion. I think Watson could be good as a charismatic and intellectual black man. He certainly has the charisma for it and as displayed by his more serious promos, has the voice for it too.

Maybe he could, but lets be honest, which would you rather see? I would rather see the Percy Watson we have right now.I was just asking so I could spark some more discussion. OK, was Sheamus' shocking display of acrobatics treated like a big event? Was the spot an important one in the match? Did it add anything to the match? If not then yes, it was unnecesarry and pointless.
If the answer is no (and it probably is), that's what I mean when I say he was shit. Call him green, call him shit, call him green babyshit but the effect is the same. You've got a wrestler who can do these insane feats of agility but doesn't know how to do them effectively.

As for its importance in the match, it was being put over as a tough contest for both men as neither Sheamus nor D'Lo could get the decisive advantage with both were pulling out the big guns. D'Lo hit Sky High and Sheamus hit a couple of his trademarks before unleashing the high risk top rope flippy. It changed the momentum of the contest and was called as such by the announcers - Sheamus having to pull out all the stops to retain his title.
What I will concede is that in the end it did not help Sheamus retain as outside interference straight after the spiringboard neckbreaker cost him the match and the title. So while it was impressive and fitting for the story being told in the match, yes maybe it was poor timing.
My issure regarding timing was more like 'Taker jumping over the top rope once a year at Wrestlemania. and was this interferance Stu Sanders and Drew Galloway?
It's pretty bad when you're a regular on a wrestling website and you forget about a PPV from the second biggest promotion in the U.S.Oh lord. I forgot that was tonight.
You know me. I'm a pretty fair guy. I like to see the positives in wrestling.
The positives in that were that it made TNA money and ECW fans liked it. No one else did, but ECW fans I'm sure did.
Horrible PPV except for the last two matches, but I was so put off and burnt out by the first few hours that the last two couldn't draw me in.
Damn you to hell for that.I just spent a good chunk of time dedicated to defending something TNA did. I feel dirty.
