Me and another guy just had a cool talk about religion and the fallibility of the Bible. I also started writing down the SCW roster on a small notepad.

Wow, today was my first day in my dorm here at the University of Utah and I talked to a philosophy major that lives on my floor... Dude is a genius. Also, it's weird living alone, even though my house is only 20 minutes away... It feels so far away.

Oh I know. My views are that the Bible should not be the be-all end-all of your faith because it was written, edited, and translated by man, and it's several thousand years old. Good book, but it contradicts itself all over the place and you can't place a ton of stock in it as anything more than a good story and a guideline for life. And under no circumstances should it be taken literally. If I can consolidate my thoughts I may make a CL Thread.

And I may be buying a spiral notebook today so I can write down all my SCW ideas in one place. I need a good name for the 24/7 championship. Ideas?

It only really developed its monotheism and claims of being the Chosen People of Yahweh during the Babylonian Captivity, when they needed something to differentiate themselves from their Neo-Babylonian captors, with religion being a perfect avenue.

This monotheism only really arrived in Jerusalem when the Persian king Cyrus the Great allowed the captive Jews to return home after his conquest of Babylon in 539BCE

I'm not surprised. He is great at promo delivery (though he needs to work on content), good in the ring, and has a fantastic gimmick and look.

He is going to be part of SCW. Though it's labeled as a comedy fed, it's more of a gimmick and entertainment fed. That would be more accurate.

You should have a masked jobber tag team consisting of Ham and Egger. Put Barrett on colour commentary when he's not in the stable. He is a commentating BEAST.

and of course it'd add to the ZOMGSHOCK factor.

This reminds me of when I had these M.U.S.C.L.E wrestling toys and I made biographies for all of them. Featuring such gems as a medieval knight trasported to present day, a blender who kills his opponents, and a guy called Steve.

Joey Styles will be the PBP. He's nerdy looking and is a good PBP guy without much character compared to Barrett. Easy to play off of.

Michael Cole is a backstage interviewer and a complete dick.

The GM is a Willy Wonka character and will be represented by Vince Russo dressed like Gene Wilder.

Christian is Christopher Winterbottom, an old movie villain. "Curses" and "Foiled again" and all that. His enforcer is Big Bully Busick.
