The Doctor's Office

You current sig reminds me of something Doc. I hate Lady Gaga, because of my disdain for pop music, and her dressing like the fucking Planet Saturn one time I saw her (on SNL). But my opinion on her is changing slightly, thanks to this paragraph courtesy of an ESPN.com article:

ESPN.com said:
The New York Post reported on Sunday that Yankees co-chairman Hal Steinbrenner was furious at the display Lady Gaga put on in the clubhouse -- dressed in a half-buttoned Yankees jersey and a bikini bottom, she swilled whiskey and fondled her chest, the Post said, citing sources -- and that Steinbrenner had permanently banned Gaga from the team's clubhouse. [Yankees GM Brian] Cashman disputed that, adding that the Yankees have other places in the stadium where players can interact with celebrities.

I knew she was a Yankee fan, but now she has to go and hang in the clubhouse doing what she did? No wonder Alex Rodriguez has a groin injury...

Oh yeah, and here's a picture of her from a Mets game a couple weeks ago:

Flipping off the Mets fans, and being a Yankee fan makes me more of a Gaga fan.

That's awesome Doc, good to hear that it was a blast. Always feels good helping people out and making friends in the process.

The trip was AWESOME! I made friends, got to look after kids from underpriveliged neighborhoods and show them magic tricks, went to a pool, cleaned bathrooms, went white-water rafting, and grew in my faith. Basically, I had an fantastic time and I'm really glad I went. :D

I am glad you had a good trip, but I think you are the first person in the history of history to say they had a great time cleaning bathrooms. Everything else sounds like a blast, and you should have had a good time, but cleaning bathrooms? REALLY?

EDIT: Sorry, I meant two signatures...

Absolutely, just tell me what you want and I'll get to work right away. :)

Got that right. :D

I like having something to do, and I liked being able to help out. Mostly I wiped down sinks when the kids washed their hands and got soap everywhere, and I got to turn lights off.

I like having a specific job that's mine and mine alone. It makes me feel useful. It's why I love being the guy to make the Tuesday LDs, and be the Graphics mod. With a specific job I know exactly what I'm supposed to do and I can do it well.

*heroic music*

I was thinking the same thing. The best part is that Celebrity Man-****e Alex Rodriguez is on the Yankees, and after being linked romantically to Madonna, Kate Hudson, and supposedly Cameron Diaz I think). Maybe Gaga is next? That would by even more hysterical.

I'm not knocking you, I understand the need to have something to do, I just found it funny that you had a great time cleaning bathrooms. As I said you're 1 of probably 12 people on earth that would enjoy cleaning a bathroom, especially one that isn't your own.

Well it was a small bathroom and it's not like I was scrubbing toilets. I was just wiping things down with paper towels mostly.

I understand, plus it does give you that warm and fuzzy feeling to do good things for people.

By the way, the laughing from the Lady Gaga story, was that for the picture, or the story?

Oh, and I'm up to something like episode 38 or something in Rockman.EXE. Even though I'm getting used to the Japanese names, I actually prefer Megaman to Rockman.

Oh hey! Doc's back!

...two days ago. Wow, I need to pay more attention to this forum.

Anyway, good to see you again!

Hi, Zero!

So, apparently, NXT 7's new name is The Nexus. That's just as awesome as The Radicals. WIN!

Both, and glad to see you're enjoying the series.

Scotty told me the WWE is trying to copyright it. I prefer The Radicals but The Nexus is AWESOME.

Nexus is an awesome name, but I don't think it really fits these guys. Not sure why, though.

On an unrelated note, which E3 tidbit captured your interest the most, Doc?

I'm not really fond of Nexus, mostly due to Nexus becoming the Danish description of a guy who's past the level of a male prep.

The amount of games being released on the 3DS, and how awesome it looks. Can't wait for it.

Doc, did you see the press conference (after the fact)? Towards the end, when they announced all the 3rd parties working with 3DS and the games they are working on, I swear I think the other 2 companies gave up and just gave Nintendo the title of Master of E3 2010. That list (along with the 1st party stuff like Kid Icarus) just blew every single aspect of the event so far out of the water it isn't even funny. Then they wait a day or so and announce OCARINA OF MUTHA F'N TIME 3D. Nintendo's E3 was so friggin amazing.

Yes. I have to stay downstairs on the laptop right now, so I can't work on them just yet, but I should get at least one done today.

Man I am excited for F4W.

If I was more into portable gaming, I'd probably be pumped for that too. Still, the sheer number of titles is hard to ignore...

Besides Sonic 4 Episode 1 and the news that there's a 3D Sonic game that might not suck (even though we've heard that for years now), I'm surprisingly excited for Epic Mickey. The concept is original, and the gameplay looks great. Plus, I'm holding out for a Spider-Man appearance, now that Disney owns Marvel.

Of course, there's Zelda: Skyward Sword, but that should go without saying.

Doc and Dave, I'm gonna need your help in the Wrestlezone Deathmatch thread, if you guys want to, I'd like you guys to come up with the 8-10 names for the Rookie match

Thanks.

And holy fucking FUCK that was awesome, watching the great PPV with my friend. Having someone to watch it with made it fifty times better. All the people I wanted to win, won. Except for R-Truth and Eve.

So I don't want to go through the whole LD so can you give me a quick rundown of what happened? Didn't have the extra cash to order this one or go to the bar to watch it.

Edit: Nevermind I just read KB's review.
