Well, if you don't mind me hijacking another guy's thread with my own bullshit, here's the majority of the message...
... but honestly, I don't know how long I'm going to be here.
Don't get me wrong, this is a really nice place, with a lot of cool people, and a fair amount of lulz. But the problem is I'm looking for a job right now, and my savings are gonna run out in a couple of months.
Meaning come late fall either I'm gonna have a job and not be online as much... or I'm gonna be homeless and not be online as much.
Either way, I don't see myself being too involved by the end of the year. This is just a temporary thing to help keep me abreast of what's going on while I can't actually watch the wrestling shows.
But seriously. Thanks for the rep, and for the respect.

Ain't a thing wrong with just passing through. I'll take a quality poster for a few months over the scores of shitty ones who refuse to leave or learn how to spell or think or interact with other humans. WBL's one of the few newbies who's cool right off the bat. Often it takes people time to settle into becoming a regular, but you're doing a good job,
I would, but all of my work is free, and a large majority of it is fanfiction, except for a small 2-year e-fed archive. Can't make money off of other people's characters.

Our E-fed is WZCW, and it's awesome. It's like a brotherhood once you join. The WZT is the Wrestlezone Tournament.

Tournaments are always fun, whether for a good debate or the forum equivalent of GBH.
I really do appreciate it, I do. But like I said, two years of e-fedding have brought me a fuckton of bad memories. My best work was done during my e-fed era, and on my personal site, I've got an entire archive of my over 100 wins, 14 titles, including 4 world/heavyweight titles. It's just that there was so much bad during those times, it killed it for me. It just really killed the spark.
Plus, if I don't know now long I'll be around, it wouldn't be fair to the bookers.

We need an NXT e-fed. I've been non-committal about joining WZCW myself. If they had a "developmental," then I think I could do that without worrying about screwing up what they've got going.

There was something before I joined the fed called the Mentorship program, where experienced RP'ers would guide newer characters for a competition in the vein of old NXT. Dynamite ended up winning that in the end, Jessie Lynn second and Awesome_Miz was pretty much third by default because of dropouts. Everyone would become a proper member of the roster if they completed it though (which half of them didn't).
I think it would be pretty cool to give it a shot once again.
