I'm not adamant that it's simply to do with that. I've already stated this.

I believe you being female was either part or a majority of the reason you were made mod.

Your 'attention' started when people realised you were a female amongst a male's board. Then you had an e-wedding. That's how you became 'popular' and known. Being known is a large part of the mod criteria. It's not your fault, I know, but don't deny it...you're yet to state one feasible reason as to why else you were made mod.
 
I remembered in your posts back then you kept talking about wanting to be a mod in a cutesy type post that you sometimes do, but I could be wrong I guess

Sounds to me like she started off being herself, then started chatting with the other people around here and became popular, and over time earned the respect of the people in charge, while making good posts in most of the sections.

While also receiving pages after pages of suck-ups and kiss-assery that she probably reciprocated. Can't leave that one out.

I sure didn't have people saying I looked "hot" before I became a mod. I sure didn't post pictures of myself to appease salivating teenagers and adults, either.
 
Actually I was one of the first mods in the board room to recommend Becca for the chit chat mod spot because I saw that she was probably the only person that gave a damn about that section. I've been here for a year and a half now, and that section was dead. It's not exactly thriving, but at least she's trying with it.

Does Becca get a lot of unneccessary ass kissing, you bet, but what female hasn't gotten that attention on here. RVDGurl has her flock, Eternal Dragon has a flock, and lets not even get started on Meilichia or LAWLZ girl.

I disagree with a ton of Becca's comments and takes, but she's all over the boards and at least tries to defend herself and post back. Is she as fine tuned as Sly when it comes to posting, of course not, but 99% of the posters on here are not.

So I am neither a Becca ass kisser or pro Becca in most of her posts, but I did recommend her for the job, and think she does a good job with her posting. I get where you guys are coming from, because I see it, but the amount of ass kissing she gets isn't from her, blame the 15 or so guy posters that hide in the bar room and do nothing but follow her around and kiss her ass.

While the first part may be true, I don't see how that has to do with being made a mod. I'd hope Jake and Jonny use better criteria to choose people to be mods.

As for the second part, that could be argued as participating in discussions or threads.
 
So from what I've read in this thread, just because girl post on the site, she automatically doesn't deserve any of the credit she gets at all?!, and the statement that she only got her mod spot cause she is a girl, umm yeah, cause since I've been here the mod team has been packed with female members:icon_rolleyes:

I also find it kind of funny that Sly & Spiral are complaining about posters kissing Becca's ass, when I've seen just as much ass kissing for both of them as well, it seems there only problem with her that she's female, so lets all remember the next time a girl ventures into WZ we are not allowed to enjoy her posts, or give her any credit what so ever:rolleyes:
