Cena doesn't necessarily have win the Rumble for it to mean Cena vs. Rock for the title, in fact I don't think he will. Rock can still win tonight, then defend against Punk's rematch at the next ppv, then open the door for Cena at mania.

I actually think it'd be a waste for Cena to use up the rumble win title shot, because we all basically already know he'll face Rock for the title at mania, no matter which of them is the champ.
