He was pretty much the upper midcard/main event level heel that never won the big matches in NXT. He was way over. I think his old entrance music was much better for the character though.

Stardust could REALLY be a damn fine upper mid card scary villain if they let him get a little mic time and semi-serious/frightening promos

I have Stardust and Goldust as a tag team on WWE 2K16 with The Ascension's entrance and it looks bad ass and slightly creepy. I dig that so I'd dig this.

People forget that even the Jack Swaggers of the world still have a paycheck coming in and don't always have to be pushed. JTG was getting paid for years and the only time I ever saw him was around the RR.
