RAW LD 10/20/2014 - The Go-Home Filler Show

Already seeing reports/complaints that the "soldier" who ran in and got kicked by Rusev was not wearing a proper Army uniform as the American flag was on the wrong sleeve, among other inconsistencies.

Well that just ruins the angle for me.

A lot of service members take that seriously. Personally, I couldn't watch a war movie for years without noticing that unit patches, ribbons, etc. were placed improperly. Add that with the IWC mentality and of course there was gonna be bitching.

I have read rave reviews for that John Wick film.

You would focus on something so trivial.

I really don't know what the hell people are expecting from this IC title feud. The storyline is simple and nice. Cesaro won a battle royal for a shot at the belt and lost the ensuing match due to poor officiating. Then he goes on saying that he's better than Ziggler and accusing him of hiding. Dolph finally gets tired of it and they have a match. Not all storylines have to be overly complicated, some can just be to decide who's the better man.

lol. That reminded me of that old SNL sketch of the bickering family having dinner. Kane was the Will Ferrell.

Here it is:

Ye, but that is how a throwaway feud can be done(Miz vs Sheamus comes to mind) and seeing the matches these guys have put on, I'd say more focus on them wouldn't be so bad given the amount of crap that is done anyways...

I think they've been giving plenty of focus. They've been given screen time for Raw and Smackdown. You must not have been watching hard enough same with Sheamus/Miz. I don't think people realize how much time the mid-card champions have been given since Ziggler and Sheamus started to show up in the picture. At this time last year, Curtis Axel was being Punk's bitch and Ambrose was too busy being an Authority lapdog.

I think he wants them to have more non-wrestling segments. Those always add more to the characters.

Fair enough.

To each his own, I just don't think both guys are given the kind of focus their obvious talent should be getting(especially as I said, given the amount of filler that is on the show). Trading wins back and forth gets uinteresting after a while...

Sheamus vs the Miz...now I don't have a problem with how that is being handled, as I look at that as a throwaway feud regardless of Mizdow's presence.
