RAW 1/23. Rumble Hype.

Coolish moment I guess, though wouldn't it make more sense to have Jericho locked in the cage and beat Owens down as a preview for Sunday?

Geez just hand Reigns the title and forget the match. God dammit he's going to headline Wrestlemania again.

KB, I think it was to give a bit of a twist over the heel who is the focal point getting a beat down and then winning at the ppv. This left a bit of a different vibe.

Although there really is no telling the direction they will head at RR.

A cute and bubbly demeanor on the mic doesn't go with the monster hype, Nia. The "what" chants don't help either.

I like everyone getting upset about Reigns winning Sunday. Isn't usually the one on top last show loses?

Owens - Jericho for the title HAS to be the way they go. They've spent so much time on that angle. A breakup and title match is the only right way to finish it off. It will be far more interesting and better than any possible title feud involving Reigns on every single level.

Going to something new out of the clear blue a few months before Mania would be so lame. I'm old school....your top Mania matches should be gradually set up and built up throughout the previous year. Savage-Hogan will always be the blueprint to shoot for.

Exactly my thoughts. Owens/Jericho has to be for the title. If they do end up going Reigns/Goldberg, Goldberg sells that match. It doesn't need a title. Reigns isn't winning Sunday. Then the night after Mania, Goldberg shakes Reigns hand out of resepct, Reigns spears Goldberg and thus sets off the Reigns heel turn.

Ironically, LB's initial argument, that you've agreed with, would have 1 title match, not 2 like the other way.
