What was the Plamerio incident?

Its in reference to an American baseball player stating under oath in court that he "did not ever take steroids" and thn it being revealed that he WAS on steroids. Just like Kennedy went on record on the radio after the benoit incident, saying "he has never done steroids" and then failed a wellness test for steroids, and I belive may have been involved in the signature perscirption pharmacy scandal.
