How do you cut the background out of a picture to where you jus have the person without chunks cut out of their body.

all you need to do is get the URL address of the picture you want in your sig and then just click the "insert image" icon on your tool bar and follow what it says and you will have your sig

You'll have to either buy it for a ridiculous amount, download it from Limewire (which often proves unsuccessful) or borrow an illegal copy from a half-Asian (like I did). You can get a free trial from the adobe website, although it's more trouble than it's worth.

I use GIMP, and I'm very impressed with it. I have to admit it's way harder to use than Photoshop, and the quality is a bit worse, but it's free. Just go to GIMP.com, and try dowloading it from there. Good luck with you future sig making.

I am horrible at cutting images and I wanted to know if there's any websites that have them cut already, so that I can use them until I get better at doing it myself.

I'd suggest acquiring a copy of Photoshop because it has the polygonal lasso tool. Makes cutting things out way easier. Plus, Photoshop is much more user-friendly than GIMP, in my opinion.

Precut images are nigh-impossible to find.

PSD Dreams, or PSD protocol. They have thousands of pre-cut images you can use (Wrestling and None-Wrestling). I tend to use PSD dreams though when I can't be bothered cutting out my own images, the cuts are all extremely well done so i'd use that site. Not sure if they work in GIMP though, i've never tried, but they work in PS, so I don't see why importing them/opening then pasting wont work for you.
