omg i think I'm in love

Dark Match Winner
...with this cashier named Robin. No lie. She's awesome and although she has problems and stuff, like us all, i wanna help her along that path to redemption.

She's decent looking, funny, and just a blast to be around. She's the same girl from before, so i hope we're cool and I can get back to getting to know her better and trying to make a move before i leave work in three weeks to prepare for school.

Fuck off, she is mine.

That's not love. That's called liking someone. Big difference.

OT but I have to know how the fuck do you have a full green bar?

Having a full green bar is worthless these days. Remember when it took us fucking months and months to get full green bars, and it was this big accomplishment that only the best had? Yeah, those days are long gone. Now every jackass who's made 5 posts has a full green bar, that Christian Battlez guy has one as well.

I know, but still. His posts are beyond abominable. Shocks me people even green rep him.

Meh, this has become my problem with rep... Just not that big of a thing. I'd rather be a big name with little rep, and that's just me. I'd rather be well known on the forums for doing good things, than to get a lot of rep. However, if I do get rep from someone like X or KB, I know I've done something to earn it.

That's just me.

I think it's more shocking that you haven't reached the 10K yet. Also, best of luck to you, ellisman7. Although, I would like to give you a little advice here: women don't like men that try to act like Captain Save-A-Ho.

Is that woman in your sig a mermaid or what Tdigs? My vote is for mermaid.

Claudia Cardinale, an old-school Italian actress (I know old-school's not the right adjective here, but classic was the only other choice, and that could be interpreted in very different ways).

Can't you just type your feelings into word and save it as some journal or some shit? Jesus your like Derf now coming on here with woman problems.

Well god damn! She was in 8 1/2! Didn't recognize her at all.

I'm amped up for your Director's Showcase tdigs. Is it a series of essays that you're basically doing on each director? That's what I got from your post on Argento.

I'm pretty disappointed you aren't going to be discussing Deep Red though. :(

They'll be informal, so I'd think of them as just posts (I don't plan on making a thesis statement, or anything of that sort). They're meant to create discussion, so you're more than welcome to bring up Deep Red when I start discussing the films themselves. Deep Red is probably Argento's second most famous film, at least among horror fans. But, save for Suspiria, I was always more into his work in the 80s.

I'll be making some pretty interesting statements in the first two posts. You mentioned that you thought Argento puts Fulci to shame, and they'll definitely be a point of discussion there, as I'd like to hear why you hold that opinion (I think they're on equal footing in terms of their importance to horror, although I will agree that Argento's a better director). Also, if you can think of any other "true" stylists besides Argento, Greenaway, and Malick, I hope that you'll chime in on that as well.

Look who's back from the dead. Hope work's going all right for you, man.

Been back, and works been fine, that's wasn't why I wasn't posting, I was busy with other things, however unlike young Ellis here, I don't make a thread about every aspect of my personal life;)
