I could see it being HHH, as he could be helping sheamus keep the title so he can return and take it. They really need to have him beat rick flair's record for title runs. And rick flair on TNA  goodjob old man you ruined the already way late retirement as it was, and now you were wrestling in TNA you suck old man, hang up your boots and give it up.

I dont think even Creative knows whos gonna be the secret GM yet. they always hint, but never follow through. actually, they could really run this stupid fucking angle for months to come, and probably will

youre absolutely right, we wont see the end of this for a while, possibly until someone gets hurt or they can negotiate a deal for a giant comeback in a GM role, like Goldberg or something.

I wish the New GM would reveal himself. Every week, the laptop is the GM because that's pretty much where the messages are coming from lol.

agree, i dont think Creative knows who the GM is. If i had to take a wild guess at who the GM is, i say Abraham Washington, why you ask. The GM has been both heel and face, but think about it like this, who would want to be hiding from the Nexus?? i think Triple H, The Rock, HBK and Stone Cold would NOT fear the Nexus and come out either that or they would email saying who they are, but saying they dont want to show up to spend time with family. I think Washington fits the GM because he acted like he feared wrestlers on ECW, he made fun of both heels and faces, i think he fits the new GM. I hope it's NOT Cole because i think Cole should turn heel as an announcer on RAW and argue with King, add to this, there arent many announcers in WWE right now. I want the GM to be JBL, but i doubt it's him too.

i can see why some people think The Rock could be the new GM. he did say he wanted to do something w/ the WWE again & his schedule is a little more lax than usual. so until i hear Michael Cole utter any of the The Rock's famous quotes during RAW i can see The Rock as a potential candidate for GM.

speaking of Michael Cole. i believe he is the new RAW GM and here is why i think so. Vince McMahon specifically said Michael Cole will read the e-mails that the GM sends. why Michael Cole?? well all the fans were already upset that Michael Cole took Jim Ross's job as commentator. the WWE draft lottery was "anonymously" done. even though Michael Cole had nothing to do w/ Jim Ross leaving RAW the WWE fans will give him the blame. and there we already have some heat on Michael Cole. Now the more the e-mail pings & the lights flicker for the e-mails, the crowd automatically assumes the position of boos & jeers because they know Michael Cole gets on the microphone & reads the e-mails. the more the fans hear about the GM sending e-mails the more Michael Cole they see & the more Michael Cole they see, the more boos & jeers he gets. thus creating even more heat on him. & everyone knows, in the WWE the more heat created on a person the bigger the role they play. and the bigger the role they play the more interest they have within the company thus leaving one & only potential answer...Ladies & Gentleman your new RAW GM...Michael Cole.

Why does the GM have to be a WWE star? I'm thinking more along the lines of a big letdown when this thing all shakes out.

Donald Trump anyone? I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they rolled him out as the GM. Doesn't make any sense? So what, it's WWE. Perhaps it's some other idiot who's played along in some extended wrestling storylines in the past. But I'm to the point I don't think it's going to be a WWE icon.

The fact of the matter is, WWE creative has no clue who logically can fit this role and keep them featured prominently and make them effective. Seriously squash the Michael Cole talk.

The WWE is just waiting for some legend to accept a deal, or else this going to be a total letdown.

Ugh I hate this mystery GM concept. I bet they will drag it on for months and months because I am now starting to think that they haven't even found a GM yet, And they are making this mystery GM so there would be someone to keep order. I have no idea who it is and I will probably be extremely let down by who they choose. And it's not the rock guys!!

By the way am I the only one who realises that Michael Cole wasn't even reading an email on RAW? Lol he was reading it of some program or something.

Microsoft Word 2007 to be exact.

The fact is, I too think this GM concept is just something they're doing until they find a new GM. And what I'm not understanding is... why not recycle an old GM? Someone like William Regal, or Tiffany... or hell, go to ESPN and grab the Coach. Honestly, I would love to have the Coach as the GM. I miss the guy, and would love to see him back in WWE. Plus, I wouldn't mind hearing his theme song one last time.

After that, I'd say they should scramble up Joey Styles or grab Jim Cornette... Don't tell me Cornette's signed to ROH and wouldn't go to TNA, he worked along side Vince Russo...

If that doesn't suffice, then go and find Ted Turner. I believe he and Vince are still friends and it would give a few WCW guys some excitement.

Or hell, if she's not busy with the kids, bring in Stephanie McMahon. She GMed Smackdown and did a damn good job doing so. It's been a while since I've seen that MILF on TV and wouldn't mind seeing her now.

Plus, it would make sense with the "I've never liked Bret Hart" sentence. As after SS 98, she could have been "brainwashed" of some sorts.

Yeah.. I've given up on my "It's JR" campaign. Starting to have Deja Vu and believe that this has the smell of a McMahon all over it.. What "Higher Power" in WWE history hasn't. Or big "takeover" I mean The Ministry, WCW, ECW, NWO. All had a McMahon pulling the stings. (for the NWO argument, Vince brought them in to "poison" the WWF.. Just for you people who didn't watch back then)

I Dont Like This Mystery G.M Thing .. It Bores Me .. Michael Cole Bores Me Aswell .. He Flicks The Laptop Up And Theres Something Thats Been Written On Word ... :/

I Think Myself The Would Of Asked Stonecold Or Some Legend To Do It .. Seemlying Not .

I Think They Should Do .. The Millon Dollar Man Buys Wwe Angle .. And He Becomes G.M And Then Smackdown Invades Raw .. Then Its Brandware Fare And Then .. Turner And Vinny Mc Buy WWE Back As Joint Venture At Auction

Iv been saying all along that its none other than Vince McMahon himself...i mean he has never said it isnt him...everyone knows he pulls the strings and it would be a good way for him to come back into WWE TV.....wait and see, It'll be Vince

Or this could drag on untill after the November election...If Linda Mcmahon looses her run for a seat taaadaaaa....Vince doesnt have to come back to tv and Linda is on...

i agree, WWE creative doesnt know who the GM is in my book and i also think that WWE creative will have a HARD time explaining (if the GM goes to a legend like The Rock) why The Rock fears the Nexus. I seriously think the GM HAS to be a heel. it makes more sense for the GM to be heel.

There isn't a GM. Bret Hart left WWE so unexpectedly that they needed to 'fire' him and had no replacement so now WWE Creative is the 'GM'. It's funny how much speculation there is about it when there is no GM anyways. I wonder if they will even bother showing his 'identity'. If not, then there will be a huge upset but it might not make any sense if they do.

I have completely given up on this.

It's not The Rock, it's not Stone Cold, it's not Shawn Michaels, it's not HHH, it's not any other McMahon, it's not JR, maybe it's Cole. But, I don't even care enough to try to figure out who it is.

What if WWE hasn't even figured out who it is? Maybe they are just stalling...

to me it narrows down to 2 men...

1: Triple H. Vince likes the manager and who else would he give it to beside his son in law well one other i think... it would be kl for triple h to still wrestle and manage at the same time also making him heel by giving himself everything so like power goes to his head or somin!

2: The Rock. He wants to come back to WWE but in a non-wrestling position. We have herd the manager say if your not down with that then the GMs got 2 words for ya (again maybe thats Triple H) and thats the bottom line cause the GM said so. The Rock has always loved mocking people and their phases. i can picture it now!

Sheamus: This GM says hes all tough well you know what fella i think...

The Rock: IT DOSN'T MATTER WHAT YOU THINK!

really funny and cool.

At this point; I could care who it is. Its an overplayed angle that was stale from the beginning and is stale now. I'd take Stephanie Mcmahon screeching in the mic over this GM angle. I don't see why they wouldnt just give the position back to Bret Hart and play it up as an angle to trick the Nexus.

Talk about dragging a stroyline. I really am just getting more and more ticked off each week that they dont reveal who this god damn GM is. They had a perfect oppertunity to reveal it at the RAW 900th, but again they passed by. To be honest, each day it is looking more and more likely that WWE have no clue who the GM is, they are simply stalling until they find a suitable replacement. This GM better be awesome.

Suspects:

Abraham Washington: Yes he is a prime suspect, and knowing WWE he could very well be the GM. Although that would be a huge letdown, he is decent on the mic and can interact fairly well with wrestlers.

The Rock: Yeah i know, he's never coming back, but of all the qoutes the GM used, the rocks ones were never mentioned, I will continued to have a shread of hope that it is him.

I cant recall the EXACT amount of time that this has been going on, but it feels like a LONG time. The whole point of it was to replace bret as the GM. We have been teased on who the GM is Multiple times with multiple hints, the people teased so far have Been Piper, Austin, The rock(i believe) Shawn Micheals, Triple H, as well as others. I will admit, as it started, i was into it, just because i thought it would have ended with the reveal at the 900th episode of raw. As you can recall, IT DID NOT.

As far as i concerned, This has been drawn out for far too long. Every single week, I pray to ALL the higher powers that that damn computer does not do its two annoying little dings. I mean honestly every time i hear it, i get so pissed off. Not to mention that i have to hear Cole say "May i have you attention please and i quote" what seems like like every 15 minutes. There have been times when i hear the Dreaded Email Sound and my hand go instinctively to the remote to hit mute so i do have to hear coles voice as he quotes the "GM".

Honestly, I, Myself want this to end. Its not cool anymore, Its not edgy nor mysterious, It has become annoying. I think the only reason they are drawing this out so long is because they DONT even have a GM in place. It may just be someone who is holding out for more cash and has not yet signed with WWE. Perhaps A Paul Heyman(Though i doubt that seriously).

Anyway answer the questions below and have fun with the discussion.

Do You Think that the GM storyline is being drawn out?
Do you like the storyline?
Who do YOU think the GM is?
More importantly who do YOU WANT the GM to be?

There is a poll, be sure to cast your vote as it pertains to the storyline of the GM and not the person who is GM.

Do You Think that the GM storyline is being drawn out?
Yes.

Do you like the storyline?
I did at first. Now I don't like it.

Who do YOU think the GM is?
I don't give a damn anymore. Storyline has been dragged on for too long. The payoff should've came already. We've had 2 Pay Per Views.

More importantly who do YOU WANT the GM to be?
I WANT it to be someone who has some relevance in wrestling, can cut a great promo, work as a heel, and possibly even get involved in a match here and there. Maybe JBL?

But, just like certain things in TNA, the story has been dragged on for way too long without any hints, rhyme, reason, or pay off. It doesn't matter who the GM is now, because no matter who it is, unless its one of the BIG names out there (JBL, HBK, SCSA, The Rock, JR, HHH), no one will really give a shit after the announcement is made.

The new GM of RAW is VINCE RUSSO!

but seriously, why is this storyline dragging on like worse than a swagger promo? It needs to be settled and the sooner the better. Its like the WWE cant find a suitable fit. As long as its not Vicky Guerero or William Regal, I think I would be happy.

One interesting selection could be Ted DiBiase Jr. He could be a 'majority share holder' in the Raw Stock and elected himself as GM. He hasnt been in action lately so he can just say he was biding time so that he would be ready to rock the WWE. Then he could bring back the Million Dollar belt. Hes got the ring skills, hes got the lovely Maryse as arm candy, all he needs is more promo work.

Right now, this whole storyline is really being dragged out. The GM should have been revealed by now. The only possible reason I can think of to have this thing drawn out for so long is so that it can give another major storyline after the Nexus. It has the potential to be something big, especially if it is an active wrestler, so I can see it being saved for Nexus aftermath.

I have also seen some signs that they may be revealing the GM soon. We just saw Chris Jericho and Edge both act pretty aggressively towards the mystery GM by going after the computer. Maybe they will be the ones to pursue the identity of the GM. Either way though, I'm getting tired of guessing and I hope I find out who it is soon.

Something last week told me they have found a GM or are finally getting ready to reveal who it is, why? because Jericho and Edge were making direct references about who the GM is, so i think the most likely person to be the GM is someone who has feuded with these two before. it makes sense to have Y2J and Edge be the ones who mention the GM, and not someone like Randy Orton because they have both been in WWE long enough to have feuded with someone significant that has been involved in WWE long enough to get a good pop from the crowd, like The Rock or Stone Cold. However this could just be my way of thinking.

p.s sorry if that didn't make much sense :P

Patience is a virtue people. I think too many of our fellow viewers are victims of the "on demand" age. There used to be a time when you couldn't record your tv shows. If you missed them, you missed them. There used to be a time where you had to WAIT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED with your favorite shows, you couldn't jump online and look up spoilers.

Calm down, a nice slow program with this mystery GM isn't a bad thing. Enjoy the ride. There's no need to start a storyline, and end a storyline almost instantly. Let them drag it out. You guys would have been lost in the 80's with their storylines. They went on for MONTHS and MONTHS some times. Hell, you didn't even get to SEE the Heavyweight Champion for weeks on end unless they were coming to your town with a live show. I don't think you'd survive that kind of stress.

The GM angle has two possible outcomes, neither of which the IWC is going to like. 1.) It's a big name from the past. The IWC will blast them for their lack of creativity, claim to have known all along, etc etc. 2.) It's going to be some jackoff like Michael Cole or Jerry Lawler and you're going to claim that it was a lousy waste of effort. In summary, 99% of the IWC will simply be disappointed and pissed off with the reveal.

Patience. Let them do something that doesn't end almost as soon as it started. It might be more fun that way. You never know.
