NorCal answers Wrestling (and all other) questions!

I'm never gone for good. I pop in and look around whenever I'm bored at work. But there's no way I'll ever be back here full-time.

OH GOD

Got another QB question:

Why is RG III standing on the sidelines for the Redskins? Thought he was supposed to be MVP for the next 26 years.

And I'm a married woman. Feasibility is off the table.

How about a stern talking-to? :)

Congrats on your engagement! She's getting a great guy.

Thank you. She's a great girl, too.

I like when women speak to me "sternly". It usually ends up well for me.

Because the Redskins came to the realization that he.. well... he SUCKS. Oh, and he's made of glass.

That's a question with a million answers.

From Mike Shanahan leaving him in after he hurt his knee, to the owner forcing him on every coach that didn't want to play him, to his inability to stay healthy.....The situation was just totally botched at many many turns by both sides.

I think RG3 can still be moderately successful on another team, with no baggage.

Ive heard from multiple reliable sources....

NXT is interested in Nakamura. Like to the point were they already have a plan on how they want to introduce him....

and he is interested back. As with Aj Styles, his contract is up in January

There's a team that can use a QB, and will not be in a position to draft one this offseason thanks to having a pretty good team with a veteran journeyman quarterback. I think that team would be wise to look into potentially acquiring him, since the only other option is a (current) rookie 5th round pick that is yet to be active for a game and a 2nd round bust from a few years ago that won't be there next year.

Maybe they can acquire Mr. Griffin III and he can replace the 2nd round bust.

Team Nakamura up with Hideo Itami and create Kai En Tai 2.0.

INDEEEEEEEED!

super-sarcasm about the Kai En Tai part obviously. However tagging them would be a pretty good idea at the start.

Also, if they put him in and he gets injured, if he's still injured at a certain date after the season ends, they're stuck with like a $16 million dollar check they have to give him. That's why he's likely gone or restructured after this season.

Wouldn't be a terrible idea at all. That team is actually really set up to help a QB succeed just with the type of WR they have and a solid offensive line.

The offensive line is OK, but I'm starting to get worried about said line. The Former All-Pro Center has been banged up a lot this year and in his 10th year (along with the former pro bowl Left Tackle). The Right Tackle is a holding call waiting to happen.

The WRs are top notch, now that they have a bona-fide #1 guy (albeit probably only for another year or 2 before he is done), an excellent "small-white-guy-receiver" and an up and coming deep threat.

They need to get a top notch lineman early in the draft this year. Thankfully they should be able to get an interior guy where they'll draft in Round 1 (probably somewhere between 18 and 27)

Just to make sure we're on the same page I'm talking about the Jets. He'll be the guy to replace Geno and Fitz or Petty will be the backup (preferably Petty unless they determine he isn't worth the roster spot).
