Picks in BOLD
TEXAS A&M to cover the spread. I don't know what to think of the Aggies after their loss against Oklahoma State at home, but Arkansas got spanked by Bama and really looks like the 5th best team (at most) in the SEC. If the Aggies don't win this one, I won't be able to take them as a threat in any big game this year.
BAYLOR to cover. Both teams are 3-0, but a man as dynamic as RGIII is gonna lead the Bears to at least a win by a TD. We don't know much of KSU, as well, so this is probably my safest bet.
CLEMSON to beat the spread. VT has fed off of weak teams through their first 4 games, while Clemson has recorded back to back impressive victories against Auburn and Florida State, although those were both in Death Valley. Tajh Boyd is becoming a dynamic playmaker and I just need to see something out of VT first.
ALABAMA to cover. I've said this time and time again, I think Alabama is the best team in the SEC, and 3.5 points, even in Gainesville, is quite generous. This Florida has started off well in the Muschamp era, but this defense is great and will shut down the Gators for the most part.
WISCONSIN to cover. 9.5 is a lot of points for teams ranked 1 spot apart, but this is at Camp Randall, Russell Wilson has been great so far, and Nebraska's defense has been extremely suspect, and Martinez is questionable throwing. UW has a great running game, and the pieces add up to a Badgers victory.
