My resignation announcement

If you're going to start a forum you might want to try coming up with discussion topics that are actually your own, and stuff a little more relevant than Luger attending a Shoney's or the odds of a dead wrestler getting arrested.

I like attitude era. You post about WCW. Fuck WCW. WWF won the war. WCW sucks. Vincent sent Bret there to tear them apart from the inside.

You don't help your own threads. Get to the point.

Just by looking at the first page of the Old School forum, there's hardly anything "old school" about most of the topics being discussed.

I admitted the GameFAQs version of Why Trump Won was the original work of mine, and this one was meant to be a WrestleZone version of Why Trump Won, but from a balanced neutral perspective without the pro-Trump bias.

As a result, I got flagged for plagiarism despite it being my own work. And I take full responsibility for my actions even if it just happened to be my own work.

You've done it before. This calls for little people's court. Are you ready?

As the resident King of Old School around here, allow me to say the following:

Your threads were stupid.

I agree. Your posts may have been a little off the wall but they made me THINK. They made me research and think back to a time when pro wrestling was really MUST SEE TV. A generation has passed since the closing of WCW and we forget about the characters that made an impact during out youth and the truth of what happened gets lost as time passes.

Yes, I quite liked his threads as well. His Lloyds of London one in which he claimed modern surgery has changed so much that it would have fixed Droz. He offered no evidence of this nor did he offer any evidence about the rest of his claims from that thread.

He bitched a lot about Bret Hart. Claimed WCW 2000 made sense. Stated he knows how wrestling contracts work and promptly was wrong about how contracts work.

His threads made me THINK (CAPS LOCK ARE FUN) as well. Mostly about what kind of drugs is he on.

So what? Those were his opinions. It's what makes debate great! Alot of the Bret stuff was also shared by fellow wrestlers' promoters' and fans alike. It wasn't "bitching".

It is great that he got things wrong? How does getting things wrong make for good debates?

What exactly did he get wrong? I debated him on the Bret thread and his argument was basically that Bret brought the Screwjob on himself by refusing to job to Shawn Michaels There were other complexities to argument but that was the gist of it. I know he had some harsh words for Bret Hart but that doesn't make him wrong it's just an opinion.

As far as the Droz stuff I don't know what was said but if he said there are surgeries that fix paralysis that may or may not be true there have been cases where paralyzed people regain the use of their limbs. Not enough to return to competitive athletics but they have been able to walk again. Dennis Byrd being an example of one. So I don't know exactly what the argument was be maybe he was making that point.

I don't have a problem with people being "wrong" in a debate. Facts get mixed up. No one is perfect. I just simply try to correct them and move on. There was a poster (somethinggetback I believe) who was "wrong" multiple times during a debate I had with about Kevin Nash. I still enjoyed debating him. I just corrected him.

LOL We have FORGOTTEN more wrestling than you will EVER know....go back to watching PG era WWF where you belong

Ah this is always my favorite argument, it's close to: "You're not allowed to like *insert form of entertainment* because you weren't even born yet!"

If I am able to start up WrestleRetro, it'll be looked at without the WWE revisionist history bias involved. @Makaveli31, you and I will be co-founders and admins of the WrestleRetro wrestling forum site catering to Old School Wrestling without the WWE bias.

Don't forget to add Crocker, I'm sure Wreddit has had enough of him by now.

Okay that made me laugh out loud. Oh and Dagger I miss my little men (he'll know what I'm talking about).

Oh please, I've been a fan since Maple Leaf Wrestling at Maple Leaf Gardens here in Toronto. Close on 40 years now. I don't remember it because I'm getting older and most of it wasn't worth remembering.

Sorry but it's true. Some thing you just won't experience unless you lived it and were there at the arena's, or experience the atmosphere during that time period. When people say things like Nash was only over because of his association with Hogan it only emphasizes my point. I'm not saying you're not allowed to give your two sense but don't think you are holier than thou either just because you saw it on the Network

No. Just.....no. Like, I can't put this into any other word. No.
