I'm glad Henry won. I hope he has a long reign. I hate watching the little game of hot potato they are playing with the WWE title right now.

Orton has been in the WHC title picture since May. I do think its time to have him do something else. Orton doesn't need the WHC as much as Henry does right now. Just look how much fans were into his match with Drew Mcintyre on Raw, I mean Drew really hasn't been relevant in the WWE for the last couple of months.

Its pretty simple to get Orton out of the WHC title picture temporarily.. Just put Orton in another big angle. It makes sense for him be on HHH team at Survior Series. And then you can set up Henry vs Sheamus at SS for the WHC.

i think henrys push has been the best push/heel run so far this year. but i dont think people really care about it the fans barely react to him even after beating orton twice and now wwe is saying that he may be in a world title match with sheamus at mania a match we already saw at summerslam. i dont think this match will be that great anyways. i think henry will lose the title before mania against sheamus and set up sheamus vs orton or something at mania with maybe d. bryant.
now give me ur opinions on this mark henry push and how long u think it will last and when/where will it end ?

Well, there's talk about him and Sheamus fighting for the WWE title at WrestleMania. Since I've said that about 10 times in the last few weeks, I'm going to go ahead and take full credit for the idea, if and when it happens. Henry is going to go for awhile. It's been some time since a dominant heel has shown up on Smackdown to hold the World Heavyweight Championship. No offense to Christian, but he's not exactly a powerhouse...

Turn your speakers up because people react to Henry as they BOO the shit out of him. People don't react to Alberto Del Boring unless he is hitting people with chairs.

It was even reported on here that Henry's title reign has been longer than they expected it to be. So they're going to give him a longer run which he has deserved because he has been dominating. Henry has been very impressive as of late and it's just hard people don't accept him yet as the champion. He is a fresh change from Orton being in the title scene or even holding the title scene. But, the fucked up part is Henry can take our Show, Kane and Khali but not Orton. If Henry was to "injure" Orton he would have so MUCH more HEAT on him then dare I say Vickie. But, this is where the WWE fucked up in my eyes. If they were to have Henry take out Orton for a few months then he could have a nice feud with say Sheamus as this would elevate Henry and Sheamus. This would test Sheamus as a top face and Henry as a top Heel.

You have Henry and Sheamus battle it out at a few ppvs to eventually Henry loses to Sheamus and him continuing this feud without the title. Then we can have a Christian vs. Sheamus feud until we end up with Orton holding the title again.

So I see a Sheamus vs. Henry feud with Sheamus eventually winning. Which I guess wouldn't be bad to see.

I can see it lasting into 2012, but I'd be surprised if they keep it on him through WrestleMania.

Isn't Bryan supposed to be entering the picture in the coming months as well, or has the whole "cashing the briefcase at WM" idea been scrapped?

I usually don't take reports on the front page very seriously but if it means anything, he'll probably hold the title through Wrestlemania while feuding with Sheamus. In all honesty, I feel that him holding the title through Wrestlemania is actually a lot longer than I expected because I didn't see him holding it beyond the Royal Rumble. If he does end up defending the world title at Wrestlemania, I won't have a problem with it at all as long as he drops it there preferably to Sheamus so he can be elevated.

I would love to see them keep the title on Henry until Wrestlemania but with that being 6 months away it just seems highly unlikely due to the sheer math of it. There are only so many different people you can feet to Henry as the World Champion. The way I look at it now is that you have a match at Vengeance with the Big Show, but what do you do with Randy Orton in the mean time? Does he lower himself into fighting Cody Rhodes for the IC title? I just don't see this happening. So the bigger question isn't really How do you keep the title on Mark Henry until Wrestlemania but it is How do you keep Randy Orton occupied long enough to stay away from Henry?

I just can't picture Orton staying away from the title scene that long unless another big time heel comes out of the woodwork for Orton. Yes I could see him working with Wade Barrett and Cody Rhodes for awhile. But those are 1-2 months feuds.

Sheamus vs Henry at WM28 sounds great to me, Henry having a long 6 month title run is perfect.

Henry can get beat by Sheamus cleanly at WM28 and Sheamus can get a real Main Event Title Push.

This also keeps Orton away from the Title, allowing him to work programs with different middle carders to help elevate them to that next level. Rhodes and this soon to be heel Bryan come to mind. Maybe even the dark Sin Cara

Maybe you put him into a feud with Bryan over the MITB briefcase around Mania? Henry said he's done with Orton, so Orton would use the briefcase to get Henry when he wants him. Bryan avoids Orton to garner some much-needed heat until he's put into a match with him at WrestleMania.

Then maybe instead of letting Orton win, you let Bryan win at WM and Sheamus beats Henry. Bryan cashes in on Sheamus that night and you have four guys in the title picture right out of WrestleMania.

Orton doesn't need MITB. Much like John Cena, Orton is the number 1 contender to whatever title that accompanies the main event on the brand hes on. Big Show may be facing Henry soon, but Orton is still the go to guy to put the title on at any point in time when Vince feels the need.

Bryan isn't on Orton's level, and will never be near it. Orton should feud with someone good, Rhodes, Ziggler, or another up and coming heel thats going places.
