From what I understand, they can defend the titles on any show, so thus they can appear on any show as long as they are champions. The moment they lose the titles, they're Raw exclusive.

I usually stick it through Raw. I mean, it's just what I do. But unless the next 15 minutes suddenly become amazing, I'm switching to A&E's new series "Obsessed." It's really cool, and loads more entertaining than this mess.
