Live Discussion: Raw 6/1/09

..That was just painful. You know it's bad when Flair stops mid-sentence so he can "Wooooo" and get a pop. And now we have the "pleasure" of watching a parking lot brawl with Orton! Guys, I'm excited. A senile, seizing old man and a 30 something year old who can't seem to speak in more than one tone.

Rhodes and Batista now? I must have missed that in between Orton's pauses and Flair's senile breakdown.

There's no way in hell Cody Rhodes weighs 228 pounds even after an all nighter at Sizzler !!!!!!!

I had a great feeling for Raw tonight, earlier.

Now, it's just kind of...sad.

At least there's MVP vs Kofi.

Batista's pretty good at putting people over. He made Dolph look great, even though he lost. Hopefully he does the same for Cody.

Its ridiculous that someone like Dolph Ziggler can have a competitive match with Batista but when it comes to a member of the "best" stable in the WWE the members get squashed.

Believe it or not, Orton's still in his 20's, either 28 or 29. And Flairs.....100?

That's Vince's solution to the ratings issue? Random cage matches?

For the love of God, just put Legacy against the Colons like they should be.

Ok, what's the point in having a partner to be named, only to announce it TWENTY FUCKING MINUTES INTO THE SHOW???

So...5 minute squash. And people wonder why Orton can't carry the ratings. His stable is nothing more than a bunch of jobbers who are being pushed as upper mid-carders. That, and they're starting to pick up his "I'm talking...pause..I'm talking again" habit.

Big show is humongous. And Chavo as Cena's partner? really? That's not even "oh no, Cena is in danger because of his partner!" It's more like "Well, have Cena punch Chavo so he's out for the rest of the match. Cena can take Miz and Big Show."

Is it just me, or is it getting old saying that cage matches don't let anyone interfere. Hasn't the point of many cage matches been to escape? Isn't that a way to win? And if you can get out, why can't you get in? The WWE is really starting to get old with me guys.
