The difference being WWE had real competition on Monday nights then, and don't now, HBK still carried a company that was competing with another company for ratings, and Cena isn't going up against the same challenge, if Cena were going up against another promotion on Monday nights you might actually have an argument

and Michaels didnt do that well at changing the audience over... Ratings increased but not that much...
 
but it is proving that Michaels wasn't a huge Draw, his ratings stayed at a pretty steady Mark, not increasing, and on an occasion decreasing... HBK was never a ratings booster.

eh, im still not sure its the best comparison...WCW had the greatest wrestling storyline of all time going at the time, and cena is competing with...nothing...on monday nights...
