I'll say HBK will have the better legacy. Hart is always gonna be best known for the SCREWJOB and flopping in WCW. If we just go up till mid 1997 then it's a bit of a different story. But HBK, since comming back after taking a few years off with his bad back has really distanced himself from Hart.

Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update.
