Honestly, Barrett needed this much more than Neville, although, the fact it was rather low key means that he won't quite get the rub he needs even if he becomes "King Barrett". That said, becoming KotR does go rather well with his Bad News gimmick.

I honestly don't expect him to get good booking regardless... this win just gives him something to brag about as a nailed-on midcarder given his knack for getting injured...


Also, I didn't see a need for Neville to win it anyways as he is babyface firstly, and also, he will get over based on his great in-ring work, and due to his build, I can see him getting a chance or two in the Main Event scene at some point.

He will get over this loss rather easily, whilst I can't say the same for Barrett had he lost to Neville again. Easy booking, lMO.

I'd actually put the IC title on him soon, as his in-ring work dictates that he'd get good enough booking to do that belt justice.

Also, the thought of Neville vs Bryan at some point is something that interests me greatly.

I think Neville could float for a bit without a feud and just have great matches, thus, I can't see him and Barrett having a feud just yet, but it isn't out of the question but the feud above was the only thing coming out of it.

Any idea why Ambrose doesn't come out to beat Ziggler's "arse" for causing the dq on RAW? I'd like that...

Tournament was a marketing ploy. Entertainment wise it not much to speak of. BNB needed the win to keep him relevant as an enhancement talent to the stars.
