Again, people didn't just start booing Cena because it was the "cool" thing to do. They have reason- and that is that Cena cannot put on a great match, in my opinion weather it's Raw or Wrestlemania. He used to be entertaining and had some talent as a mid carder but, now he's just stuck with a used up gimmick and the same, old shoulder blocks.

I agree wtih Dragon... When he was a mid card wrestler he did a lot more moves... When was the last time you saw him do the Throwback?... People didnt boo him because it was the thing to do... Thats just about one of the dumbest things I ever heard... They boo him because they lost respect for him.. Like I did... I usta be a Cena fan too.... Until he got shoved down our throats...

I used to be a Cena fan too, until I saw that he started doing almost nothing in the ring. I still have respect for him, but it's lessened a lot after I watched him in the ring beating such greats like Kurt Angle, Chris Jerhico, Triple H, Sabu, etc.

Could you elaborate on that point? How is John Cena one of the best people Raw has to offer??? Raw has great athletes like Triple H, HBK, Shelton Benjamin, Edge, Kane etc and I wouldn't put Cena in that group just from what I've seen him do on Raw.

I agree. I think he's over pushed and has one horrible gimmick. At least when he was on Smackdown we saw him do more and different moves out of his move set and he had those entertaining rap battle things he used to do. He had character- now he's just another bad, overpushed, wrestler.

If you had said that Cena had potenital back during Royal Rumble 05, I would have agreed but, unless he dissapears for a few months and comes back with a fresh new gimmick and more moves, I don't see much for him.

I agree with everything the posted above me said. I think a lot of people were fans of Cena at one point (or at least they didn't hate him), but after he did the same exact thing every Raw, and PPV people got tired of it.

The guy probably knows hundreds of moves but just can't do them at the moment. But don't worry he won't need them, his matches are good enough and that's fine. Besides its about rooting for the guy you like to win the match not waiting for some move to see so you can finally die. It is called competition you know and that's what the fans need to feel like the wrestler is focusing not trying to "demonstraight" a move. And cena makes it feel like that's what he's doing with his energy. Like he really is focusung on winning. Like I said before it is a competition. And I am not even a cena fan, just an observer who thinks he's not that bad at all.THNB490 said:

Im a john cena fan in some respects. i dont go crazy ova the guy, but, He has a high level of determination to get his belt back.thats wat i like about him, espcially when he just goes beserk. His feud with is edge is pretty good b cuz u have a face who is 75% booed and 25% cheered for. The dumb thing is, people turned on him cause of his character of being doc of thuganomics and rappin and all dat. If thats the case, then at some of the raw shows, people wouldnt have left after his segmet / match was over.

HEY IT'S JUST AS MUCH WRESTLING as it is SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT pal & the Rock knows how to put on a great match. The only reason some of Cena's matchs are good is because of who he faces they are the one who make it look great.
I wish he would work on his wrestling skills then he would be a pro and i would cheer him but wrestling is an important part of this company and you have to put on a good match for the fans

John Cena is a fantastic SuperStar. I hate it when people say his moves are crap, but it isn't his fault... WWE limit his moves and I am sure if he could use new ones he would!!! I do agree what people say about his 'Gimmick' I think he is like stuck, he doesn't really have one... Not rapper, Not marine, I DON'T KNOW!!! Please people, Don't hate on John Cena, it is not his fault WWE make him do what he do. I love all of his matches, espiscially when he tags with people because when he getd in the ring he is fired up and you do hear the crowd go nutz for him. I love john Cena, I always have and always will and nobody will change my mind about it.

Well I have finally read thru all of this crap! Boy am I tired! Cena Is a veryTALENTED individual! It is not all about the technical skills! the only 2 that had those skills are now gone(Benoit, Angle). Nobody has those skills, don't tell me otherwise. I have been for Cena since his early "thug" days, and still pull for him strong! Yes his moves do seem to be limited but so are EVERYBODYS! And someone said they missed his "rap" battles, well lets get a little insight of why he does not do them anymore. I like to call it the FCC!! Thanks to a certain tit of a Jackson, and no not Michael! On the Salute he has actully been doing that for a while even b4 y'all knew about "The Marine" Just your tapes I know U all record Raw! Along the "boos" HE really could care less about having all of you as fans. again please revert to your Raw episodes. And speaking of boos, people have mentioned that all cheer for him at one time or another during all of his performaces, the reason that is, is Every single one of U are CLOSET CENA FANS! Don't deny it! Matches being carried? Well hes got to do half the f'n work too, and to say some LOW LIFE like Sabu caried their match you must have been looking to the rafters ^. And To get alittle in to his "finishing moves". FU is the equivelent to the F5 which was not all that fantastic if your asking me. And to critizie the STFU would be basically critizing the "Crippler Crossface" Which in my eyes really doesn't affect the "opponent". On a final note to my loyal readers, I would like to address the females that consider themselves, Cena fans! Please don't say he is the best because he is cute. Not a good reason to say he his the best, my opinion he is not the best there are others still kicking out there who are a little better. I really hate when "Cena fans" are stereotyped as females, boys 11-15, or ******s.
