I just don't get it with Joe. I know he doesn't ahve the traditional look, but why is he constantly depushed? the fans seem more into him than most people, so why does management not like him?

You didn't. I find Matt to be incredibly overrated and someone that blames everyone else for his problems. The same stuff is happening to him here and in WWE he blamed management for holding him back. It's looking more and more like it's him, not anyone else, that is the problem. He's meant jack so far in TNA.

Yup. Like I said, he's always just been there. Not the kind of guy who stands out for positive reasons.

From what I understand, with Joe it's attitude, not ability. He always ends up pissing people off backstage.

I knew they'd reverse it the second I saw Joe roll his eyes into the back of his head.

Glad to see they're really pushing this whole thing with him. Psycho Joe.

Here's the thing about attitude: if the fans want to see a guy pushed, which they seem to want to do with Joe, get over the backstage stuff. Discipline him, but do it through something that doesn't tick the fans off. Fine him or something but don't depush him every five minutes.

Eh, I don't really agree. A guy burning bridges the way Joe has reportedly done doesn't really deserve to be pushed despite the issues. It looks bad on the company and makes them look like they will tolerate anything.

Short question: why is this a street fight? I get why they're fighting, but why should there be a gimmick attached?

Not sure on that. There are other ways to punish him. The thing is with TNA, they've been in the same area of ratings for years now. If they want to jump up, they need to find someone to push hard as a face. Joe is popular enough it seems to do that, but they're holding him back. It might work and it might not, but how can you really know until you try it?

Completely disagree. They need to push someone as a heel. They already have their roster dominated with main-event caliber faces. Styles, Angle, Sting, Rob Van Dam, etc.

It's heels they're severely lacking in. As good as Ray is with Immortal, the fact he's probably the second biggest heel in the main event is kind of pathetic.

Yeah it was bad last week. I almost stopped watching when Velvet talked about being bullied in high school.

That's because Hogan and Bischoff are the top heels and everything revolves around them, even when they're not on TV. This superstable of heels isn't working incredibly well, mainly because TNA does it WAY too often. It's their fallback plan and I can't remember the last time there was ONE guy as their top heel. Also they don't really have a single top face and haven't since AJ was champion before Hogan got there. That doesn't really work for casual audiences because you need a bunch of backstory to get a lot of the show.

Yeah, the co-founder of the Beautiful People, who picked on everyone and put bags on peoples heads for being too ugly complaining about being picked on? Hilarious!
