To end this 3 week battle of no premise, Hogan's announcement 2 months ago said that Devon had to defend his title every week ON IMPACT. The words he used were ON IMPACT. If they wanted a loophole, they probably shouldn't have said it that way. Then again, I don't expect things to be remembered in wrestling anyway.
