Glass Ass: The OFFICIAL JGlass Thread

I don't think my cable is DVR compatible, living in a dorm and all. I could probably torrent it or something, but eh, better things to do and shit.

I hope you enjoy my RP. If you've seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail you probably will.

It's not the downloading it that I don't want to do, it's the watching. Maybe I'll watch it this weekend as I have a 5 day weekend coming up (YES! YES! YES!), but until then I'm swamped. Tomorrow I have to memorize 12 Chinese sentences and write the first draft for a big paper. I am a little nervous about getting it all done, but after 2:40 on Thursday I am home free. I plan on spending my 5 day weekend...

Thursday: Hang out, maybe do some drinking.
Friday: Go to a party at my friend's house.
Saturday: Buy Madden or FIFA 13 and spend the night playing that. Maybe go to the gym. Maybe smoke some weed.
Sunday: Football. Maybe smoke some weed.
Monday: Muay Thai. Maybe smoke some weed.
Tuesday: Napping, video games, and all the work I didn't do over the weekend.

I doubt I'll be able to accomplish all of that, but a man can dream.

Am I the only one who hates Aj?

Yes, though I don't think she's very good as GM, neither is Booker for that matter, in fact I think Booker may be the most worthless GM ever, the fucking laptop was a better GM than fucking Booker. Booker T's entire run of GM has basically been him coming out & making a decision, then one week later coming out & saying "I change my mind, whatever decision I made last week lets just forget about that & go back to the way it was before".

Apparently he's purposely being booked inept, which sucks

Season 7 was pretty average, but I loved season 6. Mainly because my favorite episode is on there. Episode 13. I won't spoil it, but it really hit home for me.

I just saw that episode again. Barney was really awesome in that episode (more so than usual). One thing about that episode though,

I feel that Marvin's death has been a turning point for the series. Not so much much storyline wise, but the general tone of the show has become a lot more serious as compared to previous seasons. Also, the focus has shifted drastically to Barney.

Just eaten my next three days worth of meals in one afternoon while listening to the best of the Carpenters and Rhinestone Cowboy (the original by Glenn Campbell, not the shitty radiohead version)

Not sure if I am having a mental breakdown or just have a mental tapeworm.

Sounds like something a crazy person would do. Maybe you should dial it back a little and only eat two days worth of meals.

Good idea, I reckon I could eat another two days worth of meals right now. Plus The Carpenters has got ages to go before it finishes yet.

So my history teacher asked the class to write a 2,000 word paper on who could have replaced Washington in the American Revolution as the General. It can be anyone as long as they aren't crazy weird like comic book hero's.

So right now I'm currently torn between Hulk Hogan and John Rambo. Can anyone help me out with making the choice here?

Hulk Hogan is way more patriotic than Rambo, though neither of them are as strategically gifted as Washington. I might roll with someone like Gandalf or Aragorn.

Do you just live your WZCW character Remix?

Nah, I'm shit at all three of my sports (though for fencing and cheerleading I have the excuse of being a newbie). Also Connor's sports were totally different to mine.

Of the three, Archery barely counts. I was pretty much there to chat and occasionally shoot a few arrows. If you can do it in jeans, it's not a sport. Fencing is ridiculously sweaty, partially because it's good cardio, partially because of the gear. Cheerleading is fucking hard. Seriously, it's team gymnastics. For an overweight 6'2" guy, I'm pretty agile, but the counts make stuff so hard. Also, murder on the palms/wrists for lifts (gripping hard+lifting+keeping on one leg upright = pain after a while).

Now listen here, brother. When Hulk Hogan dropped the leg on Thomas The Briton in Boston in front of 50,000 screaming Hulkamaniacs brother. He did it for the Union Brother. He did it for all the little Hulkamaniacs at home who want representation brother.

Or run with someone crazy like Genghis Khan (or more obscurely, Subutai. Motherfucker managed to direct two battles hundreds of miles apart in the same day and win them both). Don't fuck with the guys who mastered the art of Blitzkreig a few centuries before Hitler clocked that standing still in a trench was a sucky way to fight a war.

Alexander The Great, he has "The Great" after his name and you Americans like to blow your own trumpets. Should fit right in.

Khan running the American Revolution would have been pretty crazy. I have a classmate who picked Sun Tsu, and another is doing John Ford. So far I think Rambo would have ran the war similarly to how Washington did. Hogan on the other hand will tell his troops to no-sell musket fire and give the Queen of England a big boot than a leg drop.

What he'd probably do:

  1. Tell infantry to throw away muskets. They are inaccurate and slow.
  2. Teach soldiers how to shoot bows instead.
  3. Khan's soldiers' rate of fire enables them to overwhelm redcoats.
  4. Once Britain capitulates, Khan expands holdings, press-ganging people into his army.
  5. Conquers significant portions of the Americas.
