Glass Ass: The OFFICIAL JGlass Thread

You really don't leave me much of a choice, now do you? I really have no interest in buying this game until there's a significant price drop. I haven't even been keeping up with what's supposed to make this game any different than 13.

middling changes to universe mode. fine tuning, like every year.

At least find someone who DOES have it, and have Jake Fury all ready for me to download when I get back.

Prisoners was fine. Still nothing that really blew my skirt up.

Took me a while to recognize Melissa Leo. She's not wearing any make-up in the film.

My dad's cousin just told one of my friends on Facebook that she was the dog her profile is based around.

Oh dear.

Just got back from Gravity. It was amazing. Alfonso Cuarón deserves an Oscar for it, as does his editing team. And Bullock probably deserves a nomination as she almost steals the show. Almost, as George Clooney was given a role he was born to play (a handsome, fast talking astronaut? Oh George).

See it in 3D, IMAX 3D if possible.

So James Cameron's "Best space film ever" praise of Gravity isn't an overreaction? Going to see Gravity on Tuesday, not 100% sure about the 3D, though.

Probably will go with 3D, because everything's cheaper on Tuesday. Just a little skeptical because I've had my fill on gimmicky 3D films this year (Oz The Great & Powerful, Texas Chainsaw 3D, the new GI Joe movie, and Hansel & Gretel Witch Hunters).

But it's a great gimmick when it's done well, and it's done amazingly in Gravity.

I'm literally about to head out the door to see Gravity in 3D. Your reputation is on the line, sir.

It was quite good. A shame I can't stand the shallow, empty film criticism of my friends. Sometimes, I just want to shut up and be happy I saw something.

Between that and the elderly man who took it upon himself to state at my cock in the restroom, I'm not in the best of moods. Though it may just be that time of the month.

Did I not know about WWE Battlefield because it has a terrible card and I just purposely blocked it out of my mind, or was I just so focused on Redemption (which I would argue was a vastly superior card) that I overlooked the WWE's PPV?

A.)Battleground not Battlefield

B.)WWE did a fairly piss poor job of putting this show together & promoting it

C.)The RVD/ADR hardcore match & Rhodes/Shield Match are worth seeing out out, but that's about it.

Were you actually looking for a partner, or was the handicap match the plan all along?

Planned all along. I actually almost blew it at the beginning of the podcast I was on, but I played it off like I was being a sarcastic dick. I figured that having Big Dave come to the ring with Saboteur would tilt everyone's expectations heavily in his favor, and then having Big Dave sent off would tilt those expectations over to Holmes and Crimson. Also, cheap pop, sets Saboteur up for a feud with Bateman, everyone got to pretend that Big Dave was back for a few seconds... I just thought it was a good idea.

Free? I wasn't trying to get away from the tag division. I didn't throw that match, I wanted to win!

I worded that poorly. I was saying that you've been involved with Saxton and/or the tag division pretty much your whole time here and now you get a chance to do something new.

That's not entirely true. Before KC 4, Saxton and Saboteur had dealing with each other, but they weren't as intertwined as they would become upon their Kingdom Come feud.

Still, I have all sorts of ideas for life after Saxton. Shit is about to get metaphysical up in this bitch.
