INDEED! Cumberbatch was marvellous in my opinion...hence the new sig.

That wouldn't be so bad actually. There likely wouldn't be much on the island that could trip him up into going Hulk, but he could definitely go Hulk if you need to. Plus, he's a super genius, so he could definitely help you find a way off the island.
I don't know about you, but I'd be pretty angry at being isolated on an island.

Banner would probably just turn into Hulk when he gets there.

For mine I sort of imagine myself throwing a rock through a window of a WalMart, and then Hulk throws a car through the window of a WalMart.

Just thinking about wrecking havoc with The Hulk makes me think of this song (specifically a sitcom/animated show with this as the theme song):

I have just had the unenviable task of chasing my dog back and forth across two of our neighbors yards, thoroughly embarrassing myself in the process. I am not physically endowed with the grace or speed necessary to be a dogcatcher. At one point, half of the neighborhood children and I were chasing him. It would have been comical if it wasn't so entirely infuriating.

I need a drink. And then several more.

3D pisses me off 'cos you spend too much time blinking and missing bits.

No, no, no! Nooo! Always, always consult me before you go and see a 3D film. There's a big difference between a film filmed in 3D and a film converted to 3D in post to make the studio a few extra pounds on a ticket. Star Trek, unfortunately, is the latter.

But in the movie he was shown to be able to control his anger completely. The only thing I'd be worried about is if he was drowning or something and washed up on the island, because then his heart would start beating faster and boom, Hulk.

Iron Man 3 was also converted to 3D, yes? Either way, I passed on seeing it in 3D.

I can't watch any 3D movies, I get bad headaches from it. Even my 3DS I played Legend of Zelda: OOT in 3D for 5 minutes before permanently turning the 3D slider to off.

It was, yes. Good boy.

The latest Spider-Man was too, but that film was mediocre, so who cares if they tack on 3D?

Had no choice if I wanted to see the film. 3D or nothing.

I'd sooner die.

Finally gave in and bought Pokemon Black. Been playing for an hour (whilst making/eating lunch) and I currently have a squad of

Lv.7 Tepig
Lv.7 Lillipup
Lv.2 Patrat

Definitely in the early stages... although I am certainly happy that I will not be tempted to fall back into my old pattern of catching an Abra earlier and training it into a killing machine.

I don't know what almost any of that means, but I am interested in how you turned Abra into a killing machine.

I don't know what almost any of that means,

Essentially, it means Pokemon Black/White is full of just new Pokemon until you complete it.

Just added a Purrloin to my burgeoning squad.

but I am interested in how you turned Abra into a killing machine.

Well, he evolved into Kadabra and he is most useful in the earlier games. Was the Dark category not brought in to try and nullify the power of virtually all Psychic types?

I looked up your squad on bulbapedia and have determined that, apart from Tepig, it's likely none of them will be long-term fixtures on your team.

Kadabra is good and all, but it's not unstoppable. Any Pokemon with a high enough special defense will make it into a fool.

The coolest explanation for how a seemingly regular Pokemon is turned into a juggernaut goes to Phatso for explaining how he can take out almost any team with a Shuckle.

For my money, Black and White 2 are better than the originals. Then again, they should be.

The originals did a great job of hooking a generation onto Pokemon and bursting on the scene. But the game itself is really flawed and not that great compared to the Pokemon installments that followed it.

Oh, I have no doubt that they will all fall by the wayside in relatively quick time. It is just that aside from the three starters and the Prof's pokemon, those are the only other three pokemon I have met so far.

Part of my Kadabra love stems from playing the original games - think it was Yellow I had. For about the first 75% of the game, he was a monster on my squad. Mauled everything.

There is definitely plenty of room to grow and teach some of the more "normal" pokemon to become absolute monsters. I remember seeing something like a Poliwrath defeat virtually anything one on one.

Understandable, I suppose it would be nice to have some depth on your team for those long battles.

I don't even remember my Pokemon Yellow team, but I assume I pretty much just used Pikachu, Charizard, Blastoise, and Venasaur.

Whitney's Miltank. Nuff said.

Whitney's miltank is fucking garbo, Nuff said.

Also Alakazam is a fucking boss, a pokemon with a high enough sp. def just dosent cut it anymore. He has psycho cut now, a regular attacking move. While his attack isnt that high, it makes up for the Spp def tanks that you'll run into.

Psycho cut
Toxic
Shadow ball
Grass knot/ engery ball, your choice.

I'm not gonna lie, i'd rather switch out shadow ball, for ice punch through breeding. But i'd have to switch my toxic out. Could use a stat raiser in there over toxic

I'd go with thoes four on my alakazam.

I once owned basically the entire first two generations with Golduck.

I never made it past Silver/Gold though. Maybe it's time to splurge on a new Pokemon game. And a system with which to play it... (I don't play many video games)
