We are just left with the small splinter groups who refuse to get with the times. The group - the New IRA - thought to have been behind the pipebombs/mortars is thought to be the result of the merger of three even smaller groups - the Real IRA, the Continuity IRA and the Óglaigh na hÉireann.

Think of this bunch of "special" extremists as the equivalent of people who continued to "fight the civil war" after 1865, which is essentially what they are. Except that they've been infiltrated by spies, which is why police were able to prevent the ***** from actually using the mortars, missing (and they would have) and making an awful mess of a populated area of Derry.

So I missed Walking Dead, got my ass handed to me in WZHL & am extremely fucking tired- but it does not matter.

Concert was epic. Russian Circles are pretty damn good live & dont need vocals. The music speaks for itself. Between the Buried and Me- was alright. Not their best show from what others had told me. They were somewhat disappointing.



But Coheed? Once again- simply fantastic. After playing human pinball for bout 90 minutes last night- my arms feel like Jell-O. Ears still ringing a bit, but I was 5ft from the stage so it was well worth the price. Damn good show.


Plus my friend was so drunk, he attempted to fight a plate of bacon & hashbrowns. Literally started yelling at the plate of food, like it disgraced him somehow. Picked up each piece of bacon & punched it across the table. Then threw a waffle like a frisbee at the jukebox. It was quite a strange situation. Needless to say, Waffle House asked him to leave. So we did the right thing & made him wait outside while we finished our meal & had a good laugh.

We made a quite realistic looking letter from the lawyers of Hormel, Oscar-Meyer & the National Bacon Association. Travis gave it to him at work. He has been informed that they are aware of the situation & is no longer to be within 10 meters of any bacon related product or he will be arrested. Which since this is America, he really is limited on his travel options.

Moral of the story kids? Dont take your drunken anger out on bacon. Bacon is your friend.

Apparently. My cousin had about 130 tweets the first hour of Raw and they said he reaches his daily limit and he couldn't tweet again until around 11. Same thing happened to my brother tonight. We had a tweet off (as I'm sure you noticed). Mine hit right after Raw, though I'm back on as it was lifted at midnight.

This could very well be the first year I don't buy WrestleMania. Traditionally, I buy it at home, but now being in a fraternity will keep me from being home on Sundays. There's no way to buy a PPV through the cable service here, unless maybe you set something up ahead of time, and even then, probably not.

Maybe I'll find a bar with it. Or just stream it.

It really is. I think they've done an excellent job with Swagger since his return. They've bought into the character and it's honestly nice to see something different -- even if it took me a few weeks to truly appreciate the gimmick.
