Glass Ass: The OFFICIAL JGlass Thread

Punk vs Cena was great. All of Raw was, really. And after that much fun, I have little desire to see people bitching about minor details on the internet.

I think I've evolved past the point where places like this contribute in any way to my understand or enjoyment of professional wrestling. Why do I keep coming back?

Purchased Assassin's Creed III for the Wii U (saw it cheap) before even finishing the first game, which is becoming rather repetitive.

Hopefully, it was not a fool's errand and AC3 can be as good a port to the Wii U as Arkham City was.

You still read the wrestling sections? That's so cute.

The emotional need to not feel like you're alone in your fandom of such a deviant form of entertainment. You clearly need a NJX. Cut some sleeves off of some shirts and find a few Canadians to watch wrestling with.

Too bad Arkham City was (from what I hear) a great game and AC3 is pretty average. Gameplay is fun, story is shit.

Arkham City is an awesome game... until you get to the annoying parts where they make you use the remote controlled batarang. Whoever designed the controls for that deserves a swift kick in the nuts.

I've been avoiding watching the movie in my Japanese film class today by reading endlessly about Elder Scroll history and lore and religion and crap. We may be nearing that time when JGlass, Barbosa, occasional input from Miko and Ming, and whomever else is foolish enough to join us, ramble on about Elder Scrolls for a week or two.

Haven't played Skyrim in quite a while.

Still had not completed the main quest the last time I played, although I had begun the assault on Alduin.

By that do you mean that you've engaged him in battle, or just attacked his fortress?

Just the fortress place you need to fly the dragon too. Its name escapes me.

Me too actually, but I know that your next stop is Sovengarde, and that's one of the coolest parts of the game. I hope Gruun is ready to fight some serious Draugr and a Dragon Priest to get there, though.

Bronn is closing in on level 80, a height he must reach if he wants to face the Ebony Warrior. I just finished maxing out restoration, leaving my only non-maxed skills are Destruction (very difficult to power level, currently resting at 92), and pickpocket, which is what I'm currently concentrating on.

I've no idea what I'll do after I defeat the Ebony Warrior as I've pretty much done all there is to do in Skyrim and Solstheim. I guess I'll have to retire Bronn until the next DLC, if there is a next DLC.

Also, I'm more convinced than ever that, should the Thalmor invade Skyrim, the Dunmer would come to the aid of their human neighbors. While Ulfric's treatment of Dunmer in Windhelm is despicable, the people of Skyrim have done much for the Dunmer over the years, including giving them Solstheim, accepting their refugees, and saving the people of Solstheim from the joined forces of Miraak and Hermaeus Mora. Meanwhile, the Dunmer have serious fundamental religious differences with the Aldmeri Dominion, the source of which ties in directly with how the Chimer and Dunmer were created in the first place.

No idea what level Grunn is at now. I would suggest that it is high enough to have to face the more difficult Draugr at every turn but perhaps not high enough to dispatch them with complete ease.

He does have a nice array of magically summoned allies though and plenty of daedric artefacts so it should be an interesting fight (if I should ever get back to it).

As for the relations in Tamriel/Skyrim, I would have to plug myself back into the game to comment further and I have yet to read much about the DLCs.

The Cenista Bomb was fucking awesome, and the Piledriver was the tits. After Punk hit that I actually had all sorts of doubt as to whether Cena would be able to kick out or not.

There have been numerous bugs in yahoo's system that have annoyed me this season, the most recent being the 4 days it takes for the trade between IDR & myself to go through despite me having it set up so that the league has 2 days to vote against a trade, a major reason I wanted the trade was so that I could get a little more depth on my injury plagued D, but now I don't get my new Defensemen until fucking Thurs. The IR shit has annoyed me so much this year, the fact that it takes 24 hrs. to activate someone from your IR is dumb. If you drop a player & move a guy from you IR to your active roster before the games for that day start it should be reflected in your line-up for that day, you shouldn't have to wait 24 hrs., it's fucking stupid & can be extremely frustrating. Those are two things I want to fix for next year, if I can.

The time it takes to go through is quite a downside to trading. It really should be much faster of a process. Not sure if that can be fixed by league settings or if its just a Yahoo issue.

Because it was so botched that Cena was lucky not to get a broken neck! Crooked Moonsault Punk strikes again.

Piledriver looked better executed than the Hurricanrana did. Talk about crooked.

It's Yahoo. They are pathetically slow in all their fantasy games when it comes to transactions.

Damn Yaz! Keep your bad luck germs to yourself. I face you Monday & by Tuesday my team is becoming injury prone. Steen, McDonald & Brodeur. Son of a bitch.

It's called herpes, and it's easily defended against.

Ah, yes. Herpes. Midi-chlorians evil cousin.

He could have at least bought me flowers or something first. I feel so used, but now I dont feel bad for taking a piss in his Sunny D bottle.
