Edge, Love Him or Hate Him?

What's not to like about Edge? Everyone always goes back to E&C days, and I've always preferred Christian, but I certainly love to watch Edge as well. He has had tons of success because he has the talent in all areas of the game. People lose their minds cheering for this guy on the occasions that he is a babyface, and we all love to hate him when he's a heel. Simply put- Edge is amazing.

I haven't been a big fan for edge as a single competitor. But ever since his return from injury he sucked alot more. His heel turn against randy could prove to be one of the best feuds in WWE for years and I can't wait to see what happens.

However I always admired edge as a tag team partner with christian, especially with gangril as their leader.

Edge is the most fantastic heel in WWE and has been for atleast the past 5 hears, I would actually go as far to say he is one of the best of the past 20 years at least.

He is incredibly entertaining as a heel; there has not been one of his heel angles I didn't love, I actually found the Vickie Guerrero angle fantastic! In 2004 when he became the guy who was absolutely obsessed with winning the world heavyweight championship, I became an Edge Head. I will never forget what Jerry Lawler said as Edge was making his entrance at WM21 where he won the MITB; "over the past few months Edge has been, would unstable be the word?!". Not a stand out quote but I've always remembered it because it perfectly described his character.

I did not like his face turn at all, I continually hoped he would turn heel again, but honestly didn't believe he wood as face/heel turns tend to last a while. I'm so glad he is heel again, he was gold on Raw this week!

Been an Edgehead for a long, long time now, I'll still love the guy. I mean I did love it when he returned as a face but him as a heel is something he was born to do. Plus Rated-R Superstar goes a lot better with a heel rather than face. Plus now with Orton as a tweener but more of a face with crowd response we're getting to see them feud, only time they did feud was over the IC Title in '04, then had a match in '07 but now there's no Title's involved, can't wait for Over The Limit to see this match

You've got to give it him, he's got everything, the last decade has really been his best years, he works well with everyone, he is a great actor, and the last couple of years has been in some amazing storylines, to name my favourite one, with vicky guererro...

you've gotta love this guy, he works best as a heel...he's one of them, you love to hate...an amazing talent, staying with the "E" for long time to come..

For the longest time I wanted Edge to be a face. When he cameback, as much as I liked him, I just didn't buy him as a face. I enjoyed his work with Jericho, just it didn't seem right. I think its because he is SO damn good at being the heel. Though, he has done some VERY stupid things as a heel..ie Vickie. But now that he is on RAW, we can see him do more things. I think this run with Randy has allot of potential.
