I think it will be Jericho. Him coming back makes all the sense in the world, as a match between him and CM Punk at Wrestlemania would be a nice addition to an awesome main event. Ive got my fingers crossed for Y2J!

I hope that it is Jericho as i would LOVE to see a long lasting Jericho Vs Punk fued. I believe it will be the return of Brock Lesner as he has been introduced into WWE 12 and has recently retired from UFC. I think that Vince has already made Lesner sign a new WWE contract... And just saying, does anyone else think it would be amazing for 'Eugene' to return?

it still blows my mind Jericho has this many fans wanting this to be another comeback of his...how played out is this bullshit....i mean really? wrestle for two year...take a year or so off...come back to some BIG production with multiple promos...the dude is such a ego maniac. It will probably be Jericho and so it should. A Chris Jericho vs CM Punk rivalry for Wrestlemania to determine who truly is the Best In The World would be perfect for what could be the best Mania ever (except maybe 17 or 24, those will be hard to top.) Jericho could definetly put Punk over in a really good Wrestlemania match and Jericho could possibly get another run as the WWE Champ if he sticks around.
I just hope it isn't Lesner returning to bore us again (even though I don't think he will anyway). Smackdown in 2003 was an absolute disaster with Lesner as the face of the show, the only thing keeping it from been unwatchable was Angle, Taker and the Mid-Card.

I agree about Lesnar. I'd be so disappointed if it was him, he's the equivalent of Batista imo: no mic skills and not a great wrestler, just a big guy.
I think the consensous is that the two most probable guys are Jericho and Undertaker. From what I've read, Jericho's been doing a lot of denying on his Twitter account, so obviously that casts suspicion on it being him.
Truthfully, I don't see why either guy needs return vignettes. WWE could get a much better fan reaction by just having either guy make a surprise return, instead of trying to create all of this hype. I think the vignettes will back fire. People are just going to be "oh, it's Undertaker" or "oh, it's Jericho." Neither guy would be especially surprising.

The feud wouldn't be with JL, it would be family vs. family, Shane (w/Vince) vs. HHH (w/Steph), not wrestling but in a power struggle, using various surrogates in the company. Their involvement raises the importance of the wrestlers involved in the matches, hence elevating them in the minds of the fans, which ultimately draws MONEY.
Sure will, as you will also when it's Shane & Steph. That's the whole point, no matter what, the reveal will generate interest cause we all know it's gonna be major.

I just wanted to say that it has been fun reading all of your opinions on here. I think, whoever it is tonight,we have all said one thing....we are all fans. In one way or another we all love wresting. I know I do. I started watching when I was 9. I am 35 now....and still a fan. Cheers to all of you for being interested. I think it is Lesnar, I hope it is Jericho, but whoever it is...I will always be a fan.

Plus he isn't gone (in Dwayne Johnsons standards) - remember as he said "he is never going to leave again" so he must be here, even though he is not seen in televised or house shows - but anyway he is NOT coming back, cause he isn't gone.

I know alot of people are thinking it's a older superstar coming back. But personally I hope it is a brand new superstar. I mean it makes sence. The first video said "it begins." If it was a older wrestler wouldn't it say "it continues" or "it returns"

I still think Lesnar. No other reason why he would abruptly retire from UFC after the match. That match was schedule for several months. I believe Vince and Lesnar have had something worked out for a while now. The stare down between "Taker and Lesnar in Oct. 2010, the inclusion in WWE 12, the recent comments before his fight that he would be open to a WWE return, the very abrupt retirement speech....

I guess it's possible. WWE seem to be repetitive at times, we've seen Taker vs HBK at least two times and vs HHH twice but it's going to happen again as it's been confirmed.

Power struggle storylines are played out. We just got over a storyline in the summer of Triple taking Vince out of power and then Vince doing the same thing to him for JL. If there is no wrestling involved in the story than whats the point? We have seen the McMahon power strugle too many times. Im sure some will agree with me that its been played out and dont want to see it again.

If the reports are ture and Vince is so worried about the ratings, having Shane/Stephanie return tonight is LAME and will drop ratings. A power struggle between them and Vince will DROP RATINGS!
WWE needs a big name that EVERYONE can get behind...hence Jericho coming back.

As a fan I always have the hope that it'll be someone that catches us copletely off guard but seeing as the Taker pic is fake and this isnt the first time Jericho returns like this I have to say it'll probably be Jericho. With so much promo time it has to be someone big and whos the only big name still around that isnt associated with WWE anymore? Its Jericho. I wouldnt be surprised if there were teasers all throughout RAW of who its going to be though.
I just had a crazy idea which it won't happen but I'm going to DREAM.. maybe the videos have been for more than one person and yes it points to Jericho but maybe it's for more than just him.. and yes Undertaker being one of them but I've been wondering if HBK and HHH (Which his wouldn't be a return). It'd be nice to see a Fatal 4-Way Elimination match at WM with Taker in it. Here would be my order of how they came out:

That'd be where HHH calls out Taker as well. If you remember right, right after his WM loss last year on RAW he was already calling out Taker for next year

Did you even read what I posted? It'd be a power struggle with surrogates, of which BTW Jericho could be part of and still battle w/Punk @ the top of the struggle, thus ultimately elevating all the talent. A lot of creative now comes from the soap genre. Conflict, power struggle and strife in love are staples of soaps and 'reality' television, and for better or worse draw RATINGS. So while you or I might not like it, the masses apparently do, so don't speak for them until they speak differently for themselves.
It makes TOTAL business sense. Who has more to lose than the McMahons if WWE loses money? The McMahons as a family are still the majority shareholders and have a legacy to uphold. Just because Shane sold his shares means he doesn't give a hoot about his family? Take your own advice and think logically, even if you don't agree with the feasibility. And he might come back tonight..but he won't be the person (or people) behind the videos. That's my opinion, and unlike you, from the beginning I'm sticking to it. If I'm wrong, so be it, but I won't let some 'family' guy hiding behind a teenage sig demand I think something different, and some posts by others indicate they may not be so thrilled with Jericho coming back. That's why this is a FORUM, a free exchange of ideas. If you think it isn't, it's the end of your world as you know it.
MITB has already been announced as a PPV two months after WM, so it won't be on the card, just like there aren't any TLC matches until December. The other ME will a 'celebrity' type, i.e. Big Show vs. Shaq. People keep asking me to remove that toilet paper hanging out of my back pocket, but I have to keep reminding them its stuck to VinnieSunshine. Checkmate.
