I just heard it on the news this has to be a dream Chris Benoit could never do anything like this he loved his family. Please for the love of god tell me he is not able do something so sick and so twisted as to hurt his wife and his son. The man had everything and i dont just mean money and fame. How could are what made Chris do something all i can hope is that this is an early speculation. Because i refuse to beliave this. This cant happen this way im sorry im lost right now i just want to wake up from this nightmare.

Wow. This is all just insane. Who knows what happened? Maybe it was him or maybe it was his wife. Maybe she had some issues. I guess we'll just have to find out. All I'm saying is that just because he was a quiet person doesn't really mean anything. Most of my childhood I was a quiet kid and I never harmed anyone or had any such thoughts. I was just shy, that's all. Maybe he was the same. This situation is just plain crazy.
I serious hope that Chris did not do this, I don't know what I'll think if this is the case. I have watched him wrestle since back in the old ECW through WCW and then in the WWF/WWE. I was one of the lucky ones who was able to go to Wrestlemania 23 here in Detroit and watched him wrestle live in person and I would hate to tarnish that memory.
And to the person who asked about "KS", it's Kevin Sullivan they're talking about.

i met chris in 2004 in the detroit air port... he was one of the nicest people i have ever met. he signed my lil brothers jersy and my four horsemen shirt. i just cant belive that he's responsible

It has been ruled that the deaths of Chris Benoit, his wife Nancy and their son Daniel earlier today were the result of a double murder-suicide from within the home. WWE.com will have more as soon as it becomes available.

I hope this is not true. I just can't see him being capable of doing that. I just got two benoit shirts off ebay for me and my friend to remember him by. I hope that this is all not true and people realize he did not kill his wife, kid and himself.

Detective Bo Turner told television station WAGA that the case was being investigated as a murder-suicide, but said that could not be confirmed until the evidence was examined by a crime lab.
WAGA reported that investigators believe Benoit killed his wife and son over the weekend, and then himself sometime Monday.
A concerned neighbor called police. The bodies were found in three different rooms.
The lead investigator, Sheriff's Lt. Tommy Pope, told The Associated Press that the deaths were being investigated as homicide, and said the cause of death awaited autopsy results on Tuesday.
Pope said the three were found about 2:30 p.m., but he would release no other details about the deaths at the house in a subdivision near White Water Country Club.
World Wrestling Entertainment said on its Web site that Benoit, 40, his wife, Nancy, and son, who was named Daniel, were found dead, but also had no other details.
Benoit, a native of Canada, was a former world heavyweight champion, Intercontinental champion and held several tag-team titles over his career.
"WWE extends its sincerest thoughts and prayers to the Benoit family's relatives and loved ones in this time of tragedy," the federation said in a statement on its Web site.
Benoit was scheduled to perform at the "Vengeance" pay-per-view event Sunday night in Houston, but was replaced at the last minute because of what announcer Jim Ross called "personal reasons."
Benoit maintained a home in metro Atlanta from the time he wrestled for the defunct World Championship Wrestling.
The WWE canceled its live "Monday Night RAW" card in Corpus Christi, Texas, and USA Network aired a three-hour tribute to Benoit in place of the scheduled wrestling telecast.
Benoit's wife managed several wrestlers and went by the stage name, "Woman," The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported on its Web site.
They met when her then-husband drew up a script that had them involved in a relationship as part of an ongoing storyline on World Championship Wrestling, the newspaper said.
Benoit has two other children from a prior relationship.
The federal-style house is in a secluded neighborhood set back about 60 yards off a gravel road, surrounded by stacked stone wall and double-iron gate.

Benoit stole Sullivan's wife 10 years ago. They started working together as valet/wrestler and they fell in love. Sullivan was understandably angry but that was 10 years ago. People are just joking when they say KS did it.

How easy could it all be set up? I mean come on you can watch CSI and figure out how to make a quick get away. Just figure out what they do and watch wat you do. You telling me theres absolutly no way someone could kill the family make it look like old fashion kill wife, kill son, hang himself? I mean theres been countless instances where people have fooled the world. Its just hard to believe the man would kill um. This world is a changing breed, I work at a prison and I see alot of insane people who can act perfect right up untill the point of breaking. You can barely tell anymore whos got screwy minds.

We should remember Benoit for being who WE knew him as - The Rabid Wolverine - The guy who took the wwe back to a wrestling state since Bret left.
Remember him as the wrestler and the guy who kept us entertained and not as some statistical police case.

I hope this is all just a sick work by Vince.
I did not want to post anything on this because I did not want to believe it was true. Of course I, like everyone else earlier in the night, truly wished that this was a work, a storyline. It may have been a disgraceful, utterly disgusting storyline that would have turned many away from the wwe, but it would have at least meant that Benoit would be alive. But alas, as Raw came on the air and you saw the "In Memory of Benoit 1967-2007" and that was followed by Vince McMahon standing in the center of the ring, in an empty arena, stating that his death was storyline, but Benoit and his family were really dead, it was just too much. Chris Benoit, the Canadian Crippler, the Rabid Wolverine, the Pegasus Kid, any name you could call him, the same person was always behind any of his monikers. Benoit was a legend in the ring, the best technically sound wrestler. He was such a force in the ring, someone who garnered the respect of both the wrestlers and the fans. He was hard-nosed, straight-edged, someone who gave it his all every night no matter who he faced or no matter how many he was in front of. He was a great family man, a man of few words, but to him, actions spoke louder than words, and that his why he was my favorite wrestler. Hearing the words from wrestlers such as Edge, JBL, Dean Malenko, Chavo Guerrero among others, you begin to get an understanding of how much all the superstars loved and respected Benoit, and that he will be gladly missed. I am glad at least that Benoit was at least able to achieve his dream, to become the wwe champion and headline wrestlemania. That shows at least that he lead a life of no regrets.
How Benoit died and why Benoit and his family died are not known now, and very well will not be known for weeks. There will be many rumors going out, such as he died of CO3 poisoning, or he was killed by a figure of the past(KS). There are rumors that he was a part of a murder suicide. Regardless to how he died, the fact remains that he has died, and the wwe, nay the world, has lost a great man in Chris Benoit, a fellow Canadian. He will be sadly missed by all fans of wwe, all fans of wrestling, his friends, his family. It is a great tragedy that not only he died but his wife and his 7 year old child had to die as well. I am someone who never cries, but I felt some tears welling up in my eyes watching raw tonite, watching the great matches of Benoit, listening to the touching words of the announcers, and all the fellow wrestlers. I taped this 3 hour raw so that I would have something to remember Benoit of for all time sake. This 3 hour memorial however did not do the justice that Benoit deserved, and I hope that ecw and smackdown! follow suit and hold honor shows for Benoit.
It is a shame, I am in shock, and I so saddened by the loss of Benoit. You will be sadly missed Benoit, but I hope you will be reunited with Eddie and your family. RIP Benoit, words cannot truly describe how much you will be missed.

Nancy aka "Woman" was Kevin Sullivans wife and he thought it was a good idea to be Benoits valet...they hit it off and had an affair. Then got married.
I doubt Kevin Sullivan has anything to do with this at all. This is an internal sickening display that has occured. Something disgusting and unforgivable.
