Cena VS Lesnar Contract Signing Was A Breath Of Fresh Air

Not fresh at all. Lesnar stumbled to much on the mic and the pauses, delays and stares weren't effective they felt to drawn out and awkward.

My favourite contract signing was Punk vs Cena. Punk was hilarious (especially when he made fun of all the past contract signings), Cena did a good job as the "company guy", and Mr. McMahon proved once again that he is a great actor.
For some reason, Lesnar can't get through to me. I hear him talking, he's saying the right things, but his message doesn't stick with me. At the end of his little speech, all I could remember was that Brock made a bunch of heelish demands, intimidated his boss and talked about how awesome he is. Nothing stood out.
I did like Cena's look of fear. That was the best part of the segment.

Hast this been pointed out by Punk in atleast 2 contract signings since he was chasing the title/champ? Tbh, it was nice to see Cena vulnerable for a change, but it should have ended in some form of physicality. Brock should have shoved Cena down, or punched him a couple of times sending him into the corner, then left staring him down, with Cena too scared/tentative to retaliate.

But am I the only one who gets a little pissed that whilst this is a good storyline, it will inevitably be a let down when Cena finds his mojo and puts his little pump up sneakers on again? You know, the same Cena that would have cut Edge off this Monday, putting a damper on his emotional, desperate and pissed off eulogy for the Cena of old. The same Cena who KILLS every heels passionate and animated promo with his dour attitude and facial expressions, out of touch jokes and slow delivery. Oh and will people drop the promos he cut on the Rock - thats the only time he has been marginally interesting and WWE dropped the ball yet again.

Sorry guys, I know its 'cool' to like Cena nowadays because, like, it USED to be 'cool' not to like him, but y'know, you gotta 'respect' him right? Yeah, because even if you dont give a fuck about him you should 'respect' him so atleast you have an opinion on him and thats what matters about Cena. Thats what makes him Backlund V2.

I for one couldnt give a fuck about Cena, and whatever life ring creative throw to him this time in the storyline wont matter to me, as I will be watching the match with one eye on Skyrim. Instead Im looking forward to whatever fued Lesnar moves onto when he is done with captain no charisma.

Go on This forum really needs a strong opponent against Sly and LSN, just to make things interesting again

Or this could be the last hurrah from Cena haters who don't really have an argument to put forth. Cena has wrestled a 5-star match (as per Meltzer), got better of the great one on mic leading upto wrestlemania, lost cleanly and now showing the character range never shown before (not atleast in last decade and half) by a WWE superstar. So, how should we put Cena down?

With almost all superheroes storming to theaters in US this summer, it is interesting to see WWE trying to provide something different to its viewers. With all this Superhero overdose (and all of them forcasted to be blockbusters), last thing WWE should have done is to show Cena as a Super Cena.

Brock is more than a match for Cena. He looks real, less dramatic and doesn't care much for articulation and explanation like Umaga. I feel Brock is here to do what Rock wasn't. It was Brock from whom Cena took the torch (not Rock). This feud has all the ingredients of being the most meaningfull, biggest and most memorable ever.

it was bad. He should of came out the 2nd time to his old music and gear, and attaced lesner. they are failing on this. I by all means am not interested in this.
why are they making cena look like a chump. He looked scared the entire time of that segment. what is VKM and creative doing. They could of had so much potential. I know you can only do so much with lesner on the account of him beng a moron. But I think cena could carry him through promos.

I would love to see Punk cut promos on Lesner, of all the incidents he had in mma. and bring them up and tell everyone how tough lesner really is(or isnt).
It would be a riot. if your a true mma fan you already heard the stories.
