So just to be clear: There's damage retention in fourth round matches now, not just the King of the Ring matches?

This round is generic punishment. It isn't based on the margin, the score etc. Just how banged up they would be a week after having whatever kind of a match. If it was a regular match, they'll probably be a lot better than they would be after a ladder match etc.
