Lifes good INDYjon, same old stuff. Like I mentioned, I sold my half of the restaurant so I have some more free time. I also have surgery coming up in July, so perhaps after that I can go back and train some more in bjj.

Meniscal repair. It's gotten to the point where I can't stand for more than maybe two hours at a time now because of the pain. I haven't been to Six Flags in like 3 years

Exactly. The worst part is it's incredibly hard to work out now. Or doing any cardio anyways. I can't do any sort of impact running or jogging and the ellipticals aren't wortht he time. Swimming is my only option, which is cool I guess but I hate having the dry skin.

I'm 100 percent afraid of the ocean. Embarrasing actually. I almost drowned when I was maybe 7 years old and I haven't been to the beach since. Not only that but the unknowns of the ocean scare me as well. Like Cthulhu's and such.

Well you are not alone. I refuse to go in the ocean. I saw Jaws when I was like 6 and it scared me to death of the ocean and water in general, well anything I can't see into. I know the odds of being devoured by a 30 foot great white shark are slim to none but I just know that with my luck I would be in that 1% that was killed by one.
