An Epic And Impactful Night Of TNA LD

Hogan having an amazing match? That would be like his third ever so that would be impressive.

Lol did you really just say that? Don't let Sly catch you saying that, remember, Hogan is the greatest of all time!

Not to bring Sidious-like negativity to the discussion, but I'm still not seeing "all the good" you're talking about.

10 minutes of old guys? The show has been dominated by old guys.

It really, REALLY has not been if you actually want to sit here and time the amount of screen time they've been given habs.

As Ric Flair enters the arena. On the heels of a Hogan/Bischoff/Jarrett encounter.

Are you actually complaining that Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, Ric Flair, and Jeff Jarrett are on-camera? Seriously? Yeah that's only four of the most important names in wrestling history, but you're right they can't do backflips and aren't 20 years old so they suck and have no value obviously. :disappointed:

How is having Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan on screen a BAD thing for a professional wrestling company? Would love to hear that.

OK, the Young Bucks were great. Nigel was good, but I've never been a fan of Joe. Personally I haven't seen anything to live up to the hype that you TNA fans try to create from such a lacklustre show.

The opening match alone has made this show better than this week's episode of Raw. Maybe we're just excited that we get to see wrestling that doesn't suck a massive amount of balls like Raw does every week?

But I'm still watching and still waiting. Who knows, maybe Mick Foley will come out and save the day.

Wait, you're complaining about old guys but you want to see Foley? I'm confused dude.

I don't see how the founder of the company is going to get heat from the fans that have been tuning in for 7 years.

He's got the full support of the fans. Hogan appeared last week to run him through the mud, and got a pretty loud "Bullshit!" chant. It's not going to work the way they had hoped.

Do you not remember when the fans absolutely despised the guy? That was only a couple of years ago.

Seriously, all Jarrett has to do is act like what he's really pissed about is the young guys are getting pushed over him now that he doesn't have control and now back on TV regularly, and start to purposely bury some of them... boom, instant heat. Make it a complete work-shoot, as they say.

Then stop watching.

Maybe you should start watching.

Oh my God, nothing like guest commentary to keep young guys down. Something tells me Flair is going to use this time to put AJ over huge.

Then watch something else. It's been obvious from the beginning that you just wanted to shit on TNA.

But I'm still watching and still waiting. Who knows, maybe Mick Foley will come out and save the day.

So....you hate old guys, but want Mick Foley to save the day?

Except he just said last week that he's proud of guys like AJ and Joe. Kind of makes him look silly if he gets upset they go over him.

I'm pretty sure Muta could chain wrestle with anyone, and I'm not even that big a fan.

Let me re-phrase. I'm not a big fan of Muta in the states. I haven't seen enough from Japan to make a fiar overall judgment.

We must smoking the same kind of weed.

This is something WWE needs to do more often: random title matches. Give the fans a reason to care about the main event.

Obviously, because Muta certainly isn't a chain-wrestler.

But he is a wrestler, so he should be able to chain wrestle. It's a basic need before even a shitty indy company will give you a non-hardcore match.

Yeah, and he admits that he was manipulating everyone when he said that so he could get his spot back on top now that he was ready to wrestle full time again. Then you could put together a vid montage of all the times he went over young talent when he shouldn't have. There you go, simple as that. Jarrett = Scumbag Heel who only cares about himself and his spot on top.

I'd still take Jarrett on TV, in any role, over any of the guys brought in over the last 3 weeks.

I've had mixed feelings about this Impact. While it has had some good moments, it's not making me all too interested in Genesis and I usually look forward to TNA's PPV's.... I think I'll be skipping this one.... saves me money anyhow.
