Because RVD, or Kennedy, would not be that shocking, there's been rumours about them for ages now.

Sid wouldn't be that exciting either, although he fits the bill as old recycled guys being brought out of oblivion (as Tomko emerges from his disguise).

I wonder if there's anyone in WWE right now whose contract could quietly be expiring, that would be a little more shocking.

My guess is either RVD or Bill Goldberg.
