Since I haven't tried much of Universe of tried any custom themes I can't comment on those.
The collisions are made to replicate the TV product. If it doesn't hit the proper way, then it doesn't. If they're in the right position, You'll hit them.
If by targeting you mean limb targeting I'm personally had no problem with it. It certainly has made a difference in wether or not I've tapped/made someone tap in matches.
By Sheamus' entrance do you mean the fact that it isn't his face entance or that it just isn't changed at all from last year?

Another thing I noticed, the broken submission system for CAW. I had a female CAW against Natalya and that bitch never submitted, had the same problem with my male one as well. Seem the matches glitch and submissions never work for CAWs.

Yeah, I have always found them reliable in the past. I order a hell of a lot of stuff from them and 99% of the time it arrives on time, sometimes early. For example, I got the Kasabian and Noel Gallagher CD's a day early.
The only other time something has late was a Black Label Society CD which never arrived, so I contacted them after a week or so and they sent me another copy.
If WWE12 isn't delivered tomorrow I am guessing it may have got lost, so I will be contacting them for sure.
