12 Hours vs 24 Hour Clock

We all use Time, but who uses which form of time? Do you tell your friends you'll be over at 3PM or 15:00? In some provinces of Canada, they use the 24, in most they use the 12 hours. What do you use?

I use the 24 hour clock on my cell, when talking with family, and for planning anything, but I still have to talk in 12 hour time to friends and such.

I could tell a friend I'll be over at 0900 or 2030, but they'd look at me like I'm ******ed.

My phone etc used to be in 24, but I changed it because I have to use 12 hour at work and would forget otherwise.
