No tears, Homie. Just loads of great feelings. They haven't won yet, though. I'll cry when that Cup goes up.
Because it'll be either Chicago or LA hoisting it & not your Rangers?![]()
I just needed Quick to hold on for 10 mins. Just 10 more mins man!
Relax, Kings thrive in elimination games, they're 6-0 in elimination games so far this post-season.
Bring on the Kings!
KINGS WIN!!!
It's me and you IDR. You ready dog?
This series is gonna be awesome. Although it's LA vs. NYR in my eyes its Quick vs. Lundqvist, 2 of the very best in the NHL. The only question now is which one is better?
Aside from his face plant performance in Game 5 against Montreal, Henrik Lundqvist (2.03 GAA, .928 SP) has been the best goalie in the playoffs, far better than Jonathan Quick (2.86 GAA, .906 SP), who’s playing like he’s had one too many pre-game Red Bulls. This is not the Quick of 2012. Los Angeles beat Chicago in spite of Quick, not because of him, and even then only because Corey Crawford was as porous as a napkin under a waterfall.
All things being equal, then, the tiebreaker goes to the team with the better goaltender. In this series, it’s Lundqvist.
Lundqvist. And that's not the homer in me talking.
