2014 NHL Playoffs LD

Kings manage to avoid a sweep. I saw they were up 1-0 before I had to leave the house. Thought for sure they'd go up 3-0 and then lose again. More hockey is always better.

Last year the St Louis Blues went up 2-0 in their series against the defending Stanley Cup Champions, the Los Angeles Kings, with GWGs from Steen and Jackman.

Hawks have won the last 3 games. Is history about to repeat?

Hopefully Detroit signs a top defensemen to fill the hole that's been there since Lidstrom retired.

Glad to see my Bruins make it on to the next round. Also, I can't remember the last time I laughed as hard as I did when Brendan Smith tried to fight Zdeno Chara in Game 2. I don't think I've ever seen a man giggle and laugh off another man's serious attempt to fight him on live television before. That was glorious.

You lucky fuck. Well I got to hang out around Fenway when they won the World Series this year so put that in yer pipe and smoke it.

Flyers on the brink. Rangers can close it out and move on to play the winner of PIT/CBJ with a game six victory tomorrow night in Philly!

Pens pull it out, not without drama, nearly allowing the Jackets back in... of course by another 4-3 score. Will face winner of NYR/PHI — Rangers can win tomorrow night.

And for the, correct me if I am wrong, 9th time a team has come back from down 3-0 to force a game 7. I seem to remember reading teams were 2-3 before the Flyers came back against Boston. They won and Chicago/Detroit lost their series when they came back from down 3-0 which makes it 3-4 for the team coming back. Should be an exciting game of hockey on Wednesday along with Minnesota-Colorado as well as, if needed, NYR-Flyers.
