1) I agree with the guy who said it before me, end that anonymous GM stoyline, it has been old for months. You can have it be anybody like Chris Jericho, Michael Cole, or anybody just reveal the GM.

2) I would establish at least five good tag teams for WWE, and they would something in common like fighting styles, gimmicks, finisher, etc.

3) I would make better storylines for the Divas and give them a much better chance to display their talent and bring divas like natalya and beth phoenix to the spotlight.

1. Bring the cruiserweight championship back from wherever it is right now, just to make use of the more promising under-utilized lightweights. David-vs-Goliath storylines can only satisfy audiences for so long (no offense to Rey Mysterio, though).

2. Rebuild the tag team division. Not just comedy jobbers like Santino/Kozlov (no offense to Santino) or frigidly competitive wrestlers belonging to meh stables like Gabriel/Slater of The Corre, but actual tag teams, with gimmicks to die for and the chutzpah to pull them off.

3. Stop giving John Cena so many looks at whatever title he is entertaining us for right now. He's been hogging the spotlight for the better part of a decade; it's time for younger talent to be pushed to title shots and reigns.

1. Have the free tv shows (Raw and Smackdown) to push the mid-card talent while the PPV's are used for the major stars. having major stars like Cena, Miz, Orton, etc wrestle every single week makes the PPV's kind of boring. you're seeing them all the time for free, why should I pay to see them wrestle when I see it for free? keeping a few top stars ONLY wrestle on PPV's really creates a buzz and interest.

2. Don't have a rematch of the previous PPV within the following week or 2 of the show. It's frustrating and annoying to spend money on a big PPV only to have the same matches take place shortly afterwards on Raw or Smackdown. keep the PPV's special with the matches only happening on THEM instead of having the same thing happening the next day.

3. Bring back the Tag Team division. There are a lot of superstars on both shows that don't see air time. Creating tag teams and giving them some air time is the way to build superstars. You can always split tag teams later on, but keeping younger talent off the shows doesn't do the company any good. Putting them in a tag team gives them a chance to show off their talent and keep the ring rust off.

This isn't really 3 things, but it's probably big enough to be considered 3.

Assuming I was in total and complete control, I'd DEMOTE, not fire, Vince McMahon.

If I was in charge, I'd take Vince down a LOT of pegs personally, until he starts putting some effort into what he makes, I'd refuse to give him any sort of power to do much of anything. Maybe make him a writer/storyline personnel. He can advise his ass off, but unless I started seeing the shades of brilliant Vinnie Mac that we all know is there, he can take his mediocre shit to TNA for all I care.
When he starts putting some effort into the product and stopped grimacing over every penny, he can rise through the ranks and become a big part of the company again. Until that day, he can suck his rassclat wallet all the day long.
I understand it's a business but at the end of the day, you're a billionaire, get the F over yourself and use your resources to benefit your company in better ways then hiring a guest host to do absolutely nothing.
You'd think since you had so much money you'd be over the whole "MUST SCRIMP EVERY PENNY" phase but evidently not.
When Vince realizes "oh shit they actually want me to be serious" then maybe he'd get his act together. One can only hope, and this is all completely hypothetical so everyone relax and just enjoy the post for what it is.

I thing most people on here echo my changes too, so besides Tag-Team division and Raw GM, etc. I think I'll go for three different ideas:

1 I know people have already said it but I'll just expand it and say one World Champion, but make a Smackdown and Raw champion also. This would leave the IC and US titles as a chance to develop other stars as potential champions. This would also liven up Bragging Rights as they would be the captains no matter what. Also there are so many different stars on the WWE roster, I would also bring back the CW title and put it on Smackdown, the Hardcore title (or a more PG friendly version) put it on RAW. I would though also bring back the European or any other title really but leave it be challegened purly on Superstars give that show more of an edge.

2 I don't see a lot wrong with PG but it did annoy me listening to Y2J calling guys 'a studpid man' it just seemed to take away any intimidation from a great charector. I would, however, make the odd PPV a 12 or 15 (ratings in Britain). This would give more of a reason to watch some of the lamer PPV gimmicks.

3 Get rid of Teddy Long and make the GMs on both shows a heel there is nothing more entertaining than a GM constantly going against the face. It could also lead to the one or both GMs having an army of enforcers, this would be a good use of the powerful yet boring stars such as Zeke, Ryan and Koslov. It may even be a potential heel turn for Cena and or Orton as they head the enforcers.

These ideas will never happen I'm sure but maybe would make the show more interesting at times.

1. Change the PPV Structure to what it used to be
4 Cross Brand (Big 4)
4 RAW (Backlash, Bad Blood, Unforgiven, Vengeance)
4 SD (No Way Out, Judgement Day, Armageddon, Bash)

This would showcase both brands properly making feuds have time to work in a 2 month span usually, instead of having short feuds and other problems the current brand structure has.
2. Make the mid card titles relevant again
In my opinion, the last time the Intercontinental Title was relevant was back in 2003-2004, whilst the Jericho, Mysterio feud brought some relevance back last year, it still isn't as important as it once was, when you the 7 month reign with Orton has the IC champ, which in my opinion also springboarded him to that main event level, as it was defended often, and were high quality matches. The US title helped solidify Cena as a main event guy in 2004-2005, however, the US title has failed in other aspects, making it relevant for SD stars again would be perfect to be honest.
3. The title structure
Bring back the World Tag Team and WWE Tag Title split, though obviously this would only be obtainable by putting more emphasis on the tag team division, which would be supported by everyone.
Secondly, bring back to Womens title, the Divas title is just reminiscent of what is wrong with WWE in present times.
Thirdly, reorganize the titles on brand.
RAW
World Heavyweight
Intercontinental
World Tag Team
Women's

SD!
WWE
US
WWE Tag Team
Women's

I justify this because of the tradition, for me, the WHC and the IC title are RAW titles (post brand split), whilst the WWE and US are SD! Titles

This is just my opinion, make of it what you want

1) reinvent the tag team division it's made a lot of singles stars in the past.
2) remove some of the gimmick pay per views like hell in a cell it's meant to be a rare match
3) bring back blood in high profile matches like hell in a cell and hardcore matches

Bring back the tag divition please! Take your limited-talent mid carders like Kofi,R-Truth; Mcyntire, Shameus; Uso's; Sin-Cara,Justin Gabriel; Wade,Mason; Heart dynasty. See how I matched random people based on characteristics. Those Random tag-teams like Kozlov and Santino or superteams look very odd. And yes I know chemistry behind the scenes is what lies essencial to a functional team.

Give the IC or US title some significance, I remember when this title use to mean something.

Cut the promo's and long-ass Raw rewinds, no one who watches Smackdown doesn't watch Raw. This damn segment takes 15-20 minutes away from ring time.

Everyone knows Daniel Bryan is a technical and skilled enigma, but lacks charisma which makes me wonder why he has a good guy heel? If he went out and choked the hell outta people like he can it would be 10x more benificial. Guys like Benoit and Orton faced the same obsticles and look at how there careers turned out. Daniel just has to learn how to keep it PG this time LOL.

Do those low-card live shows before a big ppv like sunday night HEAT to boost ppv interest, Kinda like MMA does with there aired pre-lims.

Those outta control crazy brawl backstage segments always boost popularity

Micheal Cole, King, Jim Ross should not step into a ring.

WWE needs to hire a main-event Jobber simular to what Mick foley he took too many fatal blows for the company but balooned the legacy's of Rock,Triple H,Edge,Taker,Shawn Micheals and anyone else in the Attitude era.

There's one thing that a majority posters on these forums all see to love doing, and that's whine about the current WWE product and how 'boring' it has become. Whether it's complaining about the Pg Era, criticizing Vince McMahon's running of the company, or bashing Vince's golden boy John Cena, most of you have something to complain about.

Personally, I am happy with the current product. And the only changes that anyone ever seem to suggest are either, revert back to attitude, have Vince hand the reigns to Hunter, or turn Cena heel.

What I want is for you to tell me is, if you were in charge, how would you run the business? What would would you change to make things interesting again? Who would you have as your top guys?

Please give me something more than "turn Cena heel". I'm begging you, the whole hating Cena thing has become very old...

More emphasise on in-ring action.

The action's still slightly too 'templated' for my liking. The whole "we're off to a commercial!"............ *in ring rest hold* "and we're back!". It's very templated and i'm quite surprised how long they've managed to "get away" with it for.

I'd have a couple more 'gimmicks' shall we say. I've had enough of all these 'real' names (Jim Barbaren, Scott Sinclair, Mike Dolfus, see, I can literally just make them up in seconds. Not hard, is it?). It's absolutely fine to have a few because wrestling has changed, it's not all clowns and shiz, but come on, it's still wrestling (despite what they say).

My concern is that we won't have an "Undertaker" or Stone Cold in years to come, and i'm afraid that just ain't wrestling, folks. It may as well be MMA (but very watered down).

I'd allow the guys to pitch ideas for their own character. Sure, run them by Vince first, but could it really hurt..?

You hear from all these shoot interviews that it can be very intimidating having meetings with Vince. They need someone there who can take these ideas to Vince, someone who knows him well. Hunter?

Last thing would be more diversity. It kind of goes back to my first point, but things like the Hardcore division were fantastic fun without having to injure guys. I know it had to be away for a while because Vince wanted to "turn the product down", but it's been some time now, how about another run?

I'd also like to see the individual brand PPV's return, with the bigger shows being interbrand.

That's about it!

One thing I would focus on is getting back to making the brand split seem like a big deal. WWE has no competition. Let's face it, TNA is not competition...yet. I think they have potential but are still trying to carve out their niche in it. WWE is it's own competition and they need to look at it like that.

I would establish both roster with enough talent to be able to support the shows with out needing cross over wrestlers. This means calling up some young stars and resigning some already established names like Shelton Benjamin, Charlie Haas, Trevor Murdoch, Low Ki, and several others.

I would have RAW focus as being the more entertainment based brand. They would showcase the stars like Cena, Miz, and Big Show. People with larger then life personalities but aren't as talented between the ropes. I would also have RAW feature the Diva title and all the females would be on one show. This would allow us to cut down the female roster and get rid of some of the undertalented females. So on RAW we would have the RAW Heavyweight Title, Intercontinental Title, RAW Tag Team Title, and Diva's Championship.

Over on Smackdown I would break the mold. I would have it focus on being more old school style of wrestling. On RAW you would get maybe 30-40 minutes of actual in ring wrestling, but on smackdown you would get a good 60+ minutes of in ring action. I would bring back the cruiser weight title and let the spot fest monkey's pop the crowd. Sin Cara vs Evan Bourne or Sin Cara vs Low Ki would be crowd pleasers. I am not saying that we give them 20+ minutes of ROH style stuff. But 1 or 2 matches of 8-10 minutes would be fine with me.

By splitting up the brands and holding firm to NO cross over this makes pay per view's more exciting. This will be the one time a month that you see RAW and Smackdown on the same show. This will be the only time you see Orton and Cena interact or whatever.

Recommitting to the Tag Team division would be another big focus of mine. I think this is an excellent way to bring up new stars and allow them to 'train while on the job'. Teaming a young star up with a veteran for a year or two is an excellent way to get them over or show them the ropes. Even bringing in two 'green' stars and allowing them to develop characters over time. This is basically what the WWE did with the Hardy Boys. They were jobbers for years before actually making it big.

So I guess there you have it...I stated all the obvious things people bring up over and over...

  • Restablish Brand Extension
  • Bring Back Tag Division
  • Bring Back Cruiserweights
  • Focus on In Ring

I think Raw is fine as it is, I probabaly wouldn't make any changes to it. However, Smackdown needs a lot of improvement:
1. Turn Orton heel- seriously, he's a much better heel than face. It's hard to buy into him as a face, but as a heel I really hated him. Christian is a natural face and should stay that way. Besides, while the Orton vs. Christian match was great, the buildup felt so awkward. I love faces, but most championship matches should be face vs. heel, like a face Cena vs. face Mysterio would be kinda a dream match for me, but most of the time it should be face vs. heel.
2. Give The Great Khali a big push- really, he's main event material! If they made him a destroyer again he could be a great heel or face. Maybe face and have a Summerslam WHC match between Mark Henry and The Great Khali, that could potentially be a great "battle of the titans" type of match with great buildup. I think The Great Khali is one of the most underrated superstars in the business, Mark Henry is also up there as well.
3. Ship over some underused Raw stars and put them in Smackdown tag teams- Raw is good enough so that it probably doesn't need a lot of tag team feuds, but Smackdown's roster isn't nearly as deep so maybe shipping over The Miz, Evan Bourne, Santino Marella, Zack Ryder and maybe a few others to Smackdown and putting them in tag teams could give them more exposure, and create some great tag team rivalries. Tag-team matches are fun, imagine how fun a team of say Sin Cara and Evan Bourne would be to watch.

1. I would start boosting the mid card. The lawler/cole fued was a pointless fued between announcers that took up chunks of tv time. I would reserve this time for intricate mid card fueds. Make the IC/US title matter again. This essentially makes your mid carders main eventers so your whole show becomes a main event and your real main event is even bigger. Same for tag team titles, even the womens titles. These fueds are the bases in building future megastars (since im owner haha)

2. More Storylines with more "twists" while still keeping classic scenarios as well. We love good old fashioned good guy vs bad guy but once in a while you gotta have the two bad guys who hate each other or the good guys who dont get along but make a story intriguing enough for fans to wanna see whats next. If that doesnt work, make the storylines more personal like a movie you know sometimes you get the happy ending or the sad ending, even a cliffhanger once in a while. All in all, if its entertainment now, then entertain us while the superstars are out of the ring as well!

3.Get guys and girls that know what the hell they are doing in the ring. I mean you could only be so good as a wrestler. I feel Its one of those things where you either suck or your good. There is no "best" IMO. But some of them cant take a bump without looking foolish and some cant even look good while winning a squash. Fact is hey if this guy has the look but cant convince in the ring, find another goddamn guy with the same look i mean jeez what is the "look" anyway? the way someone looks is only one element to their persona. Id want guys who can keep the pace up in fast matches, and guys who have the athletic ability to back up their size.

I wanna mention id have less PPVs too. So that some raws and smackdowns could have ppv worthy matches, and moments

Im just goin off the top so i might change my mind after this

Oh god, not another one of these threads. Christ, can't we all just realize that whatever idea that we come up with probably will never happen, as it's not fiscally responsible.

Everyone talks about building up a tag division, that's never really been a hallmark for WWE. They've always used tag teams as a way to potentially launch singles careers. Look at the Rockers, the Hart Foundation, the British Bulldogs, the Powers of Pain, the New Foundation/High Energy, Miz and Morrison. Either that, or they take two established guys, throw them in a blender, hit frappe. Look at the Rock N' Sock Connection, DX, Michaels and Diesel, Michaels and Austin, Austin and Foley, the Two Man Power Trip, Jericho and Benoit, the Mega Powers, the Brothers of Destruction, Kane and Show, Taker and Show, Jeri-Show, Show-Miz.

All of the titles will probably never be unified. Even though they don't matter much internally, you would make it that much tougher to put a $35000 piece of tin on someone if the belt isn't there.

They're going to be a while to go back to anything beyond PG. Why would they? They make money doing PG.

Let's put "Wrestling" back in the WWE name? When was the last time you consciously called it World Wrestling Entertainment? Just about everyone calls it WWE. The official corporate name for the company isn't World Wrestling Entertainment Inc, but WWE Inc. It's just like TNA Wrestling not being Total Nonstop Action Wrestling LLC, but TNA Entertainment LLC. Did the WWE product suddenly change when it dropped World Wrestling Entertainment as a long form name? If it did, it must have been a real subtle change.

Reduce the number of Pay Per Views? Never gonna happen. PPV means buyrates, larger than normal gate receipts. Those equal out to.....MORE MONEY.

Getting rid of the "Gimmick" Pay Per Views? Valid point, but not happening until they find something better to put there, and please don't let them think that Taboo Tuesday/Cyber Sunday was a better idea than what they have that replaced the PPV that replaced it.

1.Corre Mega push (Mainly Wade Barrett)
1.1 Wade Barrett is immediatley pushed to a WWE title win on RAW in which he retains the title for a long time and is cemented in the main event.

1.2 Fellow Corre members Gabriel & Heath Slater get the Intercontinental & US titles respectivley

1.3 Zack Ryder joins the core , Skip Sheffield returns and reuintes with them. These two capture and hold the tag titles as members of the Corre.

1.4 The Corre has a whole dedicated PPV Vs. Nexus including these matches and stipulations.

Wade Barrett Vs. CM Punk (WWE title match)
Justin Gabriel Vs. Mason Ryan (IC title match)
Heath Slater Vs. Husky Harris (US title match)
Zack Ryder & Skip Sheffield Vs. David Otunga & Michael McGillicutty (Tag title match)

Stipulations : Interferrence = automatic loss. If Corre retains majority/all of their titles Nexus has to disband & surrender the rights to the name "Nexus" back to them. If Nexus wins majority/all the titles Corre has to join Nexus.

(Corre wins all matches and get their name & dominance back)

1.5 (Alternate) Wade Barrett is sold off to TNA , where he quickly and permanantley becomes a main eventer there instead , that works too.

2.Divas division revamp :
2.1 New Program "WWE Divas" on Spike at 2AM on Wednesdays. (Rated TV-MA) Would be a 2 hour show of wrestling featuring only the divas and in much skimpier outfits than they wear on RAW/Smackdown. Featuring all sorts of matches even extreme sorts and actual fueds.

2.2 WWE launches a new website dedicated to the divas and instead of posting new photos of the divas wearing a bunch of clothes they basically would post pics/vids of the divas being pornstars! woohoo!

2.3 Divas titles : A midcard title for divas would be enstated , the Divas title would be defended at every single PPV in a main event just as the WWE/WHC are.

2.4 New talents : Obviously would bring in alot more female wrestlers to make this work better

2.5 Alternately & Better : WWE sells all of their divas to TNA , and this whole idea is just done under TNA and the show is called "TNA Knockouts" and everything else I said stays the same. This would make it even better because TNAs knockouts division is the shit so sell them all of WWEs divas and giving them a dedicated TV show and website that takes it as far as possible would be awesome.

3.Merch Revamp
3.1 SVR Video Game Revamp :Create a story mode now has no limits , and if a USB microphone is plugged in you can voiceover the stuff yourself. Dedicated DLC , roster would always be 100% current

3.2 T Shirts prices would no longer be $25 + s&h , thats obsurd. (I have a few and I can tell you they aren't of superior quality that merits the price) T shirt prices cut to $15 and by popular demand the WWE tag on the bottom of the shirts would no longer be put there.

This may have been done before but you are now in charge of the wwe and you can bring in 3 changes from immediate effect what would they be and why?
1. Unify the wwe and whc title - i still beleive the wwe needs just one main champion.
2. Tag teams bring them back and make them a regular part of both shows - if nothing else they are bloody good fun
3. reduce the ppv's and return them back to their original names - i just dont dig it all these new ppv's

I think that someone on here mentioning the return of WCW would be a major league move...

Monday Night Raw
and
Friday Night Nitro

id let RAW be the PG13 it wanted to be so the family could look to win there senate seat

but then WCW would have Paul Hayment with Rhodes, Anderson and Shame O Mac as bookers/creative (canceling smackdown)

wouldnt make to much of it.. but draft over all the stiff wrestlers who want to work rather than be a political mouth piece

More than likely RAW roster would contain Cena, Miz, Chavo, Wade Barrett, Orton, Henry, Taker, The Uso's, Ziggler, Del Rio, Swagger, Ray, Santino Truth and all the DIVA's

WCW roster would be; Christian, Ryder, Sheffield, Morrison, Kofi, Henning, Davey Boy, CM Punk, Masters (as Rick Rude style character) Sin Cara, Mason Ryan, Rhodes & Dibiase, Tyson Kidd, Brain Daniels

Sorry but Goldust, Kane, Show, Sheamus, Slater, Ezikiel, Regal, Brodus, Kozlov, Reks, Otunga and JTG your all fired

I would then look at Brett Dibiase, Low-Ki, Benjamin & Haas, Trevor Murdoch, Xavier Woods, Jay Lethal, Ritche Steamboat, ... and a few other talents for the WCW show

PPV's for the year

Jan - Royal Rumbe (dual PPV) (WCW 2 Ring Rumble and standard WWE 1 Ring 30 man Rumble)
Feb - WCW Superbrawl (WCW Climax)
March - Wrestlemania (WWE Climax)
April - WWE Backlash
April - WCW UNcensored (Hardcore style PPV)
May - WWE King of the Ring
May - WCW Great American Bash
June - WWE Summerslam
June - WCW Bash at the Beach
Aug - WWE No Mercy or Unforgiven
Aug - WCW Fall Brawl
Oct - WWE Survivor Series
Oct - WCW Haloween Havoc
Nov - WWE Vengance or Judgement Day
Dec - WCW Starcade
Dec - WWE Armageddon

Now thats a PPV line up... plus with a few gaps in the year it means the story lines could be old school with some longer story lines and some short led too

Why just 3? The WWE is losing more and more viewers every week with the complete utter monkey crap they are showing.

1. Fire Michael Cole & Jerry Lawler on the 1st minute of the show. (Ban both from ever appearing on anything WWE related ever again)
2. Fire Vince McMahon & his whole family
3. Fire the anonymous Raw general manager
4. Stop the fake back stage events, the fake conversations, the fake attacks, the fake "candid moments"
5. Stop ALL match interruptions and interferences. Taser anyone who tries to interfere with a match (I am sick of 70% of matches being interrupted)(At least 400,000 Volts)
6. Bring back MITB
7. Stop portraying the Divas as pornographic objects. Kids come to the shows. And kids watch the TV shows.
And on and on....

Since I can only bring in three changes.

#1 Change the WWE to the World Wide Wrestling Federation, the name before the World Wrestling Federation. So WWWF. I'm old school and I'll definitely be going old school.

#2 Needs to be more focus on many different things. The U.S. Title is gone, plastic butterfly is gone and sadly WHC is gone. There is WWWF title with no spinny belt, IC, Cruiserweight, Women's and Tag Team.

#3 End the brand split. That way there is a deeper talent pool and we don't have to worry about show's having a lack of faces or heels.

Please give me something more than "turn Cena heel". I'm begging you, the whole hating Cena thing has become very old...

If we are talking on a business front it doesn't matter if cena is champion or not his merchandise sells just like the others rey, undertaker etc, again as ive said countless times unify the wwe/whc belts - one main champion this would give both the us & ic title more kudos and we as the fans could see who the next main guys would be. I think that Jack swagger needs a major push now and i would get him right invovled in the us/ic title and use that as a stepping stone, also chris masters its about time he done something. I would give him a chance & adr lets start to push him . The Miz also needs never to be far away from the main event either now . But more than anything lets sort the stories out and lets improve the promos

1. Get rid of the PG rating, just for the Hardcore title! Used to be so much fun, randomly cutting to backstage to find somebody getting pinned.

2. Also bring back the cruiser weight title, for the midcarders that could do with a push but aren't worthy of a WHV/IC/US/WWE shot. Used to be some very good rivalries involved with this belt.

3. Bring back the GM. No need for this anonymous stuff now, they probably haven't even got it figured out themselves who they are going to use. Get a GM that can be either a face/heel.

#3 End the brand split. That way there is a deeper talent pool and we don't have to worry about show's having a lack of faces or heels.

:wtf: CelticCorey are you insane? There is a reason that they still have the brand split. In theory, the brand split allows more talent to have TV time. Also in theory, the brand split allows for more people to have title chances. If you only have one brand what do you think is going to happen? 1) guys like Zack Ryder will never make it to tv. 2. Cena and/or Orton would dominate more than they do now.

first i never will put the title on cena or orton only if they would need it
secound take script promos away
third less ppvs
fourth bring a stable like nWo back so raw is exiting to watch
fifth push ryder tyler black mason ryan cm punk rhodes and diabase McIntyre
sixth get each wrestler a gimmik and get the ones that cant talk a manager
seventh hire more people from the indie circuit
eighth get longer and better feuds

For those of you that want the titles unified. There was a reason that idea was scrapped. the longest reigning Undisputed champion was Chris Jericho who was also the first. He won the title in December at Vengence and held it until Wrestlemania. After WM the title changed hands at every PPV up until Summerslam after which Brock Lesner became exclusive to Smackdown. That means in a 6 month period there were 5 different champions. How does that help the prestige of the title?? people may complain about Cena or Orton burying opponents bent when they do lose its a BIG deal.

So forget unifying the belt. what needs to be built up is the mid card and lower mid card. I would bring back the TV title and i would do just what the name says. Every single televised event the holder would have to defend the title. This means younger talent and new talent get the exposure they need and creative and the powers that be can evaluate whether the guy can make the step up and get pushed to the next level.

Next would make it that one cannot challenge for the WWE or WHC without winning the IC or US title and you cant challenge for those if you haven't won the TV title (unless they win MITB or The Rumble that would make winning those even more special). This enurses that who ever does challenge for the top belt is already over with the fans. This would help build a new generation of over wrestlers and everyone would have paid their dues and fans would get a chance to be emotionally invested in the character.

Female wrestling has always been a bathroom break moment for me and i know many people who feel the same. so do away with it. Keep those that can work on the mic (thats 90% of em gone) and attach them to someone as a Valet or mouth piece.

Because modern pro wrestling is written by soap opera writers there tends to be that bit of cheesiness to what goes on and that spills over into the ring. To solve this they get in a creative team that is hopeless. What i would do is get a couple of the guys together and pair them off for example Cena (c) and Del Rio and say guys we want to build a 4-5 month feud between you guys it starts with You jumping you and will end with a HITC or a Lastman Standing match at X ppv. You guys fill in the blanks and bring it to the table. And if the feud is a dud we will pull it after the first ppv and you will drop the belt and prove that both you guys can be entertaining performers. but while you proving yourself we will move on th the next two or three guys. Make your performers own their product and make them more responsible for what goes on. Its far too easy to blame creative when things don't go the way they want it. And have the rating in front of them. "john, alberto your segment lost 10 000 viewers, what are you guys going to do about it?" I guarantee that the performers will actually start working better and the matches will get better and so will the storylines.

Tag Team wrestling isnt supposed to be the highlight of the show. its supposed to fill up time and showcase the ability of guys who wouldn't get the time usually by themselves. Sure bring in a couple of marquee Tag Team/Tag Teams of the company but your lower mid card guys should get their start in the Tag Teams before going at it for their first singles run. again it's all about getting the crowd emotionally invested in a character and its a perfect way to get a new guy to get a rub from a veteran.

The problem with WWE isn't the Titles or the amount of PPVs or Super Cena or Mega Orton. It's the mentality of lets make a quick buck over a long term investment.

and Please would you guys stop bringing up the indies. Just because it's mainstream that really doesn't mean it's cool. Like the saying goes "Just because you're unique, doesnt make you useful. Sin Cara was huge in the CMLL but honestly CMLL is rubbish and a dangerous work environment. Those guys botch moves more often then not. and truth be told the same happens in the indies. want to know why movesets are limited in WWE? It's because certain moves are easy to botch and hurt someone. And because the product is on television botches can be seen by millions of people not a 1000 people in a school gym and that damages the product.

So in closing all the above is what i would implement.

1. Bring back the Cruiserweight Championship

- With talents such as Sin Cara, Daniel Bryan, Evan Bourne, Tyson Kidd, Chavo Guerrerro, Yoshi Tatsu and Justin Gabriel, you are very unlikely to see a big title go on any of them (some exceptions: Daniel Bryan/US Title) and I believe bringing back the Cruiserweight Championship would give these Superstars something to instantly shoot for and can create more storylines that they can branch off of.

2. Create more tag teams

- There are too many talented superstars not getting air time and the tag team division, as we all know, as been incredibly weak for as long as I can remember. So why don't you put 2 and 2 together and create more teams? Put guys like Hawkins and Ryder back together. Maybe pair a Ziggler and Masters together as a heel team who are obsessed with themselves. Give the Uso's a legit shot as a team. We all know how exciting and great tag team wrestling can be so this is also another thing I would work hard on bringing back.

3. Continue the re-emergence of Managers

- I love this idea, as a great, vocal, heel manager can get someone over big time. Would love to see a Paul Heyman brought back to be the mouth in the ear of Mason Ryan. Maybe you bring back Jim Cornette and have him re-form Camp Cornette. Point is: Managers work and need to be used.

So going on from my first thread it seems a number of suggestions came up so I thought it would be fun just to tease them out a bit more.
1. Unify the wwe/whc belt. - so how do we go about it? do we start now? How would you start this build up/
2. Tag Teams - Do we need more tag teams? Should we bring some old tag teams back Benjamin & haas maybe ? How would we improve the tag team division?
3. US & IC title - there seems to be a lot of talk about giving these titles more kudos - okay how - who needs to be invovled in these and why?
4. PPV's - how many do we need what names are we going with?
5. Stories & Promos - how do these improve ?
6. Cruiserweight title - do we really need to bring it back - if so who with ?

You dont have to answer all of them but i thought it would be fun just to play and see where we get!
