WZHL Fantasy Hockey 2015-16 Thread

Doesn't seem we're gonna get the desired 12 teams without that extra body to allow IC to join.

My suggestion is we just cap this at 10 this year and push to twelve next season if there's a demand.

As much as I'd love to see IC rejoin the league, I'd be perfectly fine with 10. Truthfully, I think 10 is the perfect number, better than 12 in my opinion.

I suck at life. Gonna have to research tonight. Sunday is close.

I forget, random order for draft or what is the deal?

Damn. Totally spaced on the time. Got there before too much damage was done & will post teams in a bit. Would have liked a pick or two back, considering I got Folgino autodraft. Price was a good one tho, but im very leery about Rask. Other than that ill probably be crossing my fingers a few choices work out, but we will see.

Kind of happy with my team. Considering it was my fourth draft in the last three days, my brain didn't go all mushy which is good. I went young for the most part, but, should be alright.

G- Braeden Holtby, Jaroslav Halak, Jimmy Howard
D- Keith Yandle, Aaron Ekblad, Christian Ehrhoff, Dion Phaneuf, Niklas Hjalmarrson (picked by accident lol)

Pretty pleased with my team overall. Very similar to last season, which went reasonably well. A few things I would have probably done differently, but oh well that's that.

If Hiller keeps the top spot for Calgary and Rask manages to stay his better self despite the lacking Bruins defense, then they both should help Price give me a good stand in goal.

My defense is depressing to me for some reason despite looking decent enough. While I again grabbed Karlsson, I hope the rest can prove me wrong.

I have some good forwards, but am wrecked that I again could not pick up Benn\Seguin or any of my Penguins. Marleau worries me if plays hot\cold again & Folgino is only going to help if he stays paired with his line from last year. Even that is still iffy. Only two I am not sold on are Smith and Callahan, but keeping them as subs in case of production jumps should do me fine. Just really would like a standout top forward is my main gripe.

Send me an offer for Benn. I love the guy but nobody is untouchable for the right price.
