Shotaro, what are your rules on the same class being played by multiple people? I find that often hinders enjoyment if the same class is used twice in the same party. Also, are all alignments allowed?
I have no rules on multiple classes in the same party, generally I'm dealing with very large groups anyway so it isn't always possible and also if you are, say, a fighter the two weapon fighter and the sword and board fighter play very differently. Especially once you get to 3rd level and start picking a specialism.

I had a DM who allowed for three different fighters in the same party who in-character trained under the same local legend, and had us all prestige into Weaponmaster. I felt like mine brought nothing to the table due to what the other two could do. Honestly, I might withdraw my Half-Elf Fighter if we already have a Fighter due to this.
Do you allow for Neutral Paladins? Some DM's base the Paladin off their deity as opposed to making all Lawful Good. I had a Dragonborn Paladin of Thor who I didn't get to use in my current D&D group when our DM bailed on 5th in favor of staying in 3.5....
What about gender benders? I've played female characters before, but some DM's don't allow for that.
Nope. It has been a difficult and weird couple of days. My car died on sunday and it's still in the shop. I've been able to get rides from work but none of the people who gave me rides have time to take me anywhere else and I do not want to clog up their already busy schedules. Luckily I am familiar with character set-up unless 5th made it vastly different than 3rd or 3.5 was.
Fun fact. Currently only a grand total of 2 members of this forum know what I sound like.
EDIT: Hoping to find out within the next 24 hours if the car is fixed. Once it is, I'll go purchase the mic which hopefully won't be as much of a pain to install as my speakers were. Windows 8 SUCKS.

Does your computer have a microphone jack? If so, you should just be able to plug headphones into that and it should work.

Yeah it is right next to the headphone one, and the headphone one has given me problems before. The tower is an Asus.

I don't have a ton of computer knowledge, I just know that the headphones in mic jack trick is a well-known thing that usually works. I'm sure a mic would be much better, but it's an option that could be a possibility.

A decent pair of USB headphones would be available at any big box store.
