The Roman Empire declares itself a sovereign nation and transitions from an empire into a republic. WCW spends 90% of Ted Turner's net worth to purchase Madagascar and they change it's name to the Republic of Roman before scrapping the entire angle on a whim within a week.

So if they knew they were just gonna do Reigns vs. Sheamus, why not have the Award Presentation close the show and build that up throughout the night. They knew they had a big surprise, so it would pay off well.

THey should've opened with the video of Lesnar jumping Ambrose, then have the announers say that "Lesnar and Heyman will be here later on to address it, and PLUS we have the Vincent J. McMahon Award Presentation later on. But up first, 6-man tag-team action!"

That would start the show off well, and hook the audience in. Instead of blowing the load in the first segment and having nothing left to keep them watching.

Little things like this are what's killing the show.

At this point I'd be much more interested in the family turning on Bray. He can come out of it on top, as a face, and completely refreshed in the credibility department.
