I think maybe Slyfox is thinking more custom motion like create a finisher had. Like a total control thing.

There's the option to create an advanced entrance (or at least there has been on every game I've bought so far. Did not buy wwe2k15) which let's you choose what your CAW does when they enter the arena, on the stage, on the ramp, how they enter the ring and what they do in the ring with every character on the game as well as a handful of other options for choices. It also let's you choose your music, lighting and tron.

Is that what your looking for?

I don't want to choose what my CAW does, I want to CONTROL what the wrestler does on the way to the ring. And not just for CAW, but for everyone.

For example, if I want to be John Cena, I should be able to take 4 minutes to walk to the ring if I want. Or I should be able to press a button to walk or another button to run out from behind the titantron, a button to beat my chest and then I can walk or run to the ring, pressing a button to slide into the ring or walk up the steps. Once I'm in the ring, I should be able to press a button to climb the ropes and a different button to raise my arms with the championship belt over my head.

That kind of thing...full control over the entrance, not just pick what video you watch as they come to the ring.

It really doesn't seem like it'd be that hard to do. But it sure would allow a person to be more fully immersed into the game.

I think the biggest reason why they don't do that is what do you do if they don't hit any button? Or if the button is pressed too late. Say you have your guy running to the ring and forget to hit the slide into the ring button. Does your guy run until he smashes into the ring and much hilarity ensues? Does he automatically do it (what happens now)? Or do you get an awkward pause until the button is pressed?

Truth be told I'd love to see it and I'd love to see the guy run full speed and forget to slide.

Sure, why not?

But I don't understand how a button can be pressed to late...I am literally the one advancing him towards the ring.

Does he automatically do it (what happens now)? Or do you get an awkward pause until the button is pressed?

Maybe I'm not being clear on what I want and there's just a miscommunication, because I don't understand your questions.

You know how you play your character during an actual match? That's what I want, only with no opponent and the end result is you ending up in the ring.

There can be a "Skip this" button as well. How would it be any different than entrances now, which truly are inconvenient and no fun at all?

I do agree they need to put in a bunch more tag team and stable entrances. Hell why not create a tag team/stable entrance? That'd be a cool feature.

I wouldn't skip them after watching them for the first time if this were the case.

It wouldn't be that big of a deal at all. I suspect they'd have a few base animations and then a few character specific. That's all you'd need. It'd be very easy to implement and I don't understand why no one has.

It wouldn't be that big of a deal at all. I suspect they'd have a few base animations and then a few character specific. That's all you'd need. It'd be very easy to implement and I don't understand why no one has.

Not as happy as I could be with Enzo and Cass, but it's a start. Why not just use a sound scan of them actually doing the entrance instead of it being so obviously recorded separately?

Enzo looks like a pirate but that's totally ok.

Excited to see what I think is an old school clash of the Champions or some such arena in the stunning Steve pics....as well as what looks like the ecw arena in one of them (less excited but still lends hope to other portions of the game, IE creation suite)

Slightly disappointed with the lack of NXT women wrestlers and not sure why we need two Stephanie's and two Stings with the black and white face paint unless people were clamoring for a younger Sting and the current one.

Otherwise I'm good.

Mike Whipwreck is an odd choice as is Savio Vega but it looks like there is some sort of Steve Austin story mode in the game so they probably tie into that. Maybe that's why there's two Stephanie characters.

So 3 Stings, 3 Undertakers, 2 Stephanies. 2 Steve Austins. I think those are the only repeats which would bring the total on disc number down to 116. Unless you count Big Show/The Giant as a repeat then 115.

DLC will probably have at least a couple of the NXT women wrestlers so that makes me really less concerned with that part.

There's more than plenty to have a Universe mode to work with.

Overall I'm happy with the roster. I'm bummed I'll have to wait till DLC for Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks, Charlotte and Bayley (though it's worth the wait if they are DLC, if not I'll be very annoyed) but Enzo and Cass being in is awesome. Why they couldn't just make the duplicates of Steph, Big Show, Mark Henry and Sting alt attires and then use those slots for the horsewomen I don't know. I suppose it's probably a way to make sure people buy the DLC.

Savio Vega and Mikey Whipwreck are pretty damn random but I was hoping for some fresh faces in the game so I'll take it. I think I may use Stunning Steve Austin in my universe and reunite him with Brian Pillman for The Hollywood Blondes over using the Texas Rattlesnake version.
