Since I've made the cards etc I figured I'd start this up as we're less than 4 hours away.
For the process of the draw, here's how I'm doing it.
First I have two stacks of 3x5 index cards: one with 128 wrestlers and one with 16 cities. Rather than putting them in a hat I'm going to shuffle for a good while, turn my head and draw out two names, thus making each match.
After every 4 matches are selected I'll draw out a city name to determine where those guys are going, wait 2-3 minutes and repeat. The four main regions will be drawn before hand so it'll be these four cities and 16 matches are in Toronto, these four cities and 16 matches are in Chicago and the same for the other two cities. The first two final four cities will face each other as will the third and fourth.
